We had an enjoyable stay over Easter. The property was in a great location walkable from the beach, shops and restaurants. It had a lovely terrace so we were able to enjoy meals in the sunshine and the toiletries were a lovely touch.

Beautiful apartment , fabulous location right beside the beach . Jess is a great host , very approachable and friendly , would definitely recommend a stay here .

It’s a lovely flat. Well equipped, excellent showers, sharp knives. Great location for access to shops, Anglesey, mountains and more. We enjoyed using the pool table and table tennis. Local milk and eggs are nearby in a vending machine. The powerboat ride was fantastic. Duncan is brilliantly friendly and helpful. He’s relaxed and has a great attitude. We had a great time.

We had a fabulous stay. Maria was so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable. A peaceful spot in a lovely little village. The pub run by Maria and her husband is cosy, friendly and serves delicious food. We would love to come back again.

Great apartment ideally situated to explore Anglesey. Good location for restaurants and pubs. Allocated secure parking space. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to for our break. We highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at Karen’s place, explored Llandudno. The apartment was great to relax and chill out after our adventures and will be returning in the future! :)

We had a lovely stay at Jon's place. It was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Jon was very responsive and sent great instructions. The location is great for exploring North Wales, and walking distance from the pier and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. It is a really lovely, well thought out space - even better than the photos. It is also a great location for getting outdoors (e.g., the west shore, exploring the Great Orme) whilst still being close to town centre / amenities - which was exactly what we wanted. Jayne was super helpful, friendly, and responsive - thanks from us all.

We've just had our second visit to The Cosy Annexe and it is simply a home away from home. Except this home is at the foot of Snowdon!! 😍 The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The accommodation is perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. We drive to the places we need to be e.g. family fun parks (Greenwood) and restaurants if needed (mostly Llanberis based). But don't feel the need to go far with such lovely accommodation, local walks and pubs. It offers immaculate cleanliness and fully equipped for families. Lots of comfy furnishings like pillows and blankets. Excellently equipped for children of all ages (we have a 3yo and a 4yo). We can recommend to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. We will return 🫶

What a fantastic place! Ged and Elka are incredibly thoughtful and kind hosts. We felt at home immediately. Everything is very thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well set up for cooking whatever you might like. They even keep the knives sharp! Beautiful walks from the front door. The beds are comfortable and it’s very dog friendly. They provided a blanket, dog towel, and bowls. They even had a welcome pack for us and our dog. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would!

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

This is a perfect base for walking, especially if you have children so you can finish exploring for the day without the fuss of having to travel. It’s a beautiful little cottage, very peaceful, as described and I would definitely stay again. Perfect host who is very helpful and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very clean and tidy. Very well equipped cottage in a quiet location, close to amazing forest walks and beaches. Easy access to explore Anglesey, this cottage is a great base Plenty of places to eat out and supermarkets not far away. Really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. Easy parking outside property, very comfortable, everything worked. Host Dave very friendly and responsive. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Recommended.

Simon was a lovely host, the house itself is spacious and peaceful and a great base to explore Anglesey! I also left something important to me there and he has kindly offered to send it back to me which is very kind of him!

We had an excellent stay at this gorgeous home. Big spacious rooms and lovely outdoor space with a hot tub that was used come rain or shine. Great location for walking to the beach and town and especially enjoyed the local Portugese restaurant Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to someone looking in that area.

The place was the perfect balance of cosy yet modern. Every room was spotless. A welcome pack was kindly provided before the stay. All the instructions prior, during and during the check-out process helped massively in making it a seamless stay. The kitchen had everything you’d need and the bathrooms had some toiletries in case you forgot your own. The heated floor in the bathroom was lovely. Fast WiFi and a decent sized TV was helpful in the evenings. A sea-view from the main bedroom is always a great bonus too. Perfectly located as you have a café next door, local food shops and restaurants all in the vicinity. You can also walk down to the beach within 5 mins which was fab. All in all, a brilliant stay and would love to stay again.

We stayed for three nights in April 2025. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities both advertised and much more. The location of the apartment was incredible and within literally a couple of minutes walking distance of the centre of town. Additionally, we had no issues with parking even though the apartment itself does not have its own space as we parked on the surrounding roads. We would definitely book again as we had a great time in a great apartment.

This is the second time we have stayed with Chris and Julie and we already have plans for next year. Chris and Julie make you feel so at home, they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is wonderful….they are just beautiful human beings who share their wonderful space with you. Nothing is too much trouble and you just feel like part of the family. Thank you for another wonderful stay (and your offer of a rescue, beers and a hand with luggage) and we will see you next year

we've stayed at Alyson's place a few times. The apartment is always lovely and clean, alyson is always there to meet you and is flexible with check-in, if the apartment is ready before the check-in time. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for a weekend away in Anglesey. Everything you need within walking distance, great views from the sunroom & kitchen. The house is a little haven away from home with all the comforts you need.

I'm a little reluctant to write a review, because I want to keep this place to myself. This accomodation exceeded all my expectations, outdoors and in. The view is lovely in the short, medium and long to the sea. Red squirrels scurry to find nuts and ducks happily bathe in the ponds. The gardens and lawns are so well tended too. Indoors - it is so clean and the fixtures are of high quality. The bedding is breathable cotton and the duvet is feather. The electric blanket has three settings. I haven't slept so well in a very long time. Gabrielle and Bill are so hospitable, helpful and friendly.
