Immaculately clean, lovely place to stay! We were only staying one night much to my 3 year old wanted to stay forever!!

Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Joannes home! It is so perfectly located to do all we wanted to - seaglass hunting!! Huge benefit to have the parking spot on the front drive. Also huge bonus to be in walking distance to ammenities - asda, pharmacy, home shops and food outlets. Everything we needed was here - a home away from home. The tea/cake/milk was a kind touch. Comfy, clean bright airy base. Comfy sofa and bed. Really well decorated and maintained, lovely colour schemes and accents - nothing has been overlooked. Joanne was an attentive host with friendly communication. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are ever up North again. Thank you so much!

Rachel’s is a lovely house and so very close to York, the only thing I will say is to make sure guest understand how steep the stairs are as my friend did struggle and went up on her hands and knees as she has a bad hip. Although no dedicated parking we always got parking near to the house, best of all is a great little corner shop nearby if you run out of things.

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely lodge. Very cosy and spotlessly clean. Having the gym, pool and spa on the doorstep was such a bonus and we used them every day. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved visiting Grassington and Malham Cove especially. Thanks so much.

A lovely caravan very close to the sea. It was beautifully maintained. The kitchen was excellent. A slow cooker and an air fryer+ a full gas cooker and microwave. I was spoiled for choice!! The price was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely caravan to anyone. Thanks Lynn. A very friendly and helpful host.

Beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. Lodge was clean and ready for when we arrived, delicious restaurant on site too. Went as a couple for a celebration- would definitely recommend

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

Lovely stay, shepherds hut was well equipped and had all you needed and was nice and cosy inside… outdoor space was also great and we loved the hot tub and bbq facilities which were provided. Gillan was a great host and showed us around, but privacy was not invaded which we liked. Would definitely recommend a stay here

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Our 8 year old loved the addition of the XBOX and extra toys to play with too! Thank you so much Rachael! Helen, Dave, Fin, Olive & Gus x

We loved our time here, surrounded by nature - and lovely isolated place for a reset. Hoping to come back at some point, possibly for a winter getaway. Everything was dead easy - parking, self check-in, location, lodge itself, just very easy and homely. Highly recommended.

we had a fantastic stay here. the cottage is beautiful, the garden with pod is perfect to enjoy the local scenery. it was the best sleep I've had in months, so quiet! John was always on hand if neded and very friendly & helpful. we felt very welcome. the cottage has everything you need and more!! I especially loved the history of the house and the way if was decorated/accessorised. my daughter absolutely loved it!! she is 10 and was very sad to leave. I'm certain we will return! the pub up the road was amazing...a lovely walk for tea! food was delicious and very good value. I would highly recommend this cottage and can't wait to come back. thank you John for being a wonderful host and letting us share in the history of this magnificent building.

Kevin and Jane's communications were brilliant. The house was amazing, everything you could think of was catered for and more. Home from home, comfortable, clean, spacious. Doggie treats and human treats were left out for you. I really can not recommend this place enough, it was superb. We are first time visitors in Skipton and glad we stayed with Mel and Jason's place. It was near to the place we were meeting with friends so that comes handy with us getting uber to and from the place. We were out much of the day so it's just nice to come home to a cozy place. Mel and Jason were responsive and timely with their reminders. They also offered some bread, eggs and butter which was thoughtful.

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. Amazing overnight stay. Beautiful surroundings, the food In the pub was incredible. Especially the pies! Will be back again for sure. Hosts and everyone were so friendly, even being our 2 big dogs it was a great stay.

Beautifully presented and wonderfully clean! It was a real treat to stay here. Clearly the owner takes great pride in her accommodation and you can tell as soon as you walk in. Proximity to Ripon centre was great, parking safe and outside seating area was lovely too :). Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

We stayed here for the weekend. It was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. It was Clean and cosy and really good for the dogs as the garden was completely fenced off from the rest of the farm so they could run around and play while we relaxed in the hot tub. The hosts were lovely and friendly. We went for a walk up a mountain in the lakes on the Saturday and it was so nice to come back to such a cosy place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing get away.
