Please note our base rate is for 2 guests with access to 1 bedroom only (upstairs super king bed). The second bedroom (downstairs queen bed) will be locked. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Please note this very very tiny studio apartment is completely self reliant. A renovated very small (hole in the wall) studio with ensuite less than 10sqm in total. Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport.
