Nicole’s home is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful retreat. The home itself was clean, extremely comfortable, and a perfect place to relax with the family. Our toddler named it “the pretty house” and we couldn’t agree more! Nicole was an awesome host - responsive and helpful when we requested to open the hot tub early. The area around the house is private and quiet, perfect for people seeking solitude. We will definitely be going back if the opportunity come again!

This condo is amazing for ski in ski out. Locker had plenty of room and only took us a few minutes to get ready and get on the trail.

This is as picturesque of a ski cabin as they come. Everything was clean and tight. Far enough into the mountains with a clean up to date feel including Lutron radio RA3 switching. Cleaning fees were a little steap, but we are clean and neat people so im sure they are set to expect the worst. 10 for 10 would rent this house again.

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

I was happy to return to stay at Deb's, this time around in the studio loft. It was very spacious and comfortable and included anything that you might want or need. It was a perfect spot for me to rest while watching ski races at Black Mountain for the weekend. Thanks for being a wonderful host once again, Deb!

We enjoyed this stay very much. It was very conveniently located close to Sunday River, which made our skiing plans easy to execute. The hot tub was definitely a plus and the house easily accommodated our multiple adults, kids, and even a couple dogs.

If you like the outdoors, seasonal activities and have several guest, then this is the place for you! The kitchen is restaurant quality and well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The property has plenty of amenities, games and the fire place and hot tub gives you a resort vibe - overall a great experience.

I have used Julia at Sunday River for the past five years. She has been great and would highly recommend.

The place was great. three of us there was much more affordable then surrounding hotels or other rentals. Fantastic host. really enjoyed the stay. Very responsive with any thing we needed. if in the area again. Will definitely stay again.

On est venus en famille et on a adoré la maison! Elle est authentique, très chaleureuse et confortable. Le jardin est super mignon et tranquille, on a profité des chaises de jardin pour prendre le soleil. Aucun de nous ne captait internet, mais il y a un classeur dans la maison avec plein de recommandations de choses à faire dans les environs, j'ai trouvé ça génial. On a exploré Farmington, et bien sûr les lacs alentours. c'est une région incroyable, un rêve pour les randonneurs!

The Woods Cabin was fantastic, we had so much fun hiking in the area and swiming in the Pond. It was very quiet and set up nicely for our family to relax.

We had a great stay with Lee for a spring skiing retreat. Lee was a fantastic host: helpful and communicative during our stay. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful location. Views of the lake from every window make the cozy spot feel more spacious. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the water, napping on the hammock, dining on the porch or watching the hummingbirds. Incredibly private lot that was so quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked with anything you could need. Games, first aid and staple spices. Use of the Canoe and paddleboard added lots of fun and fires at night to round off a perfect camp stay. So glad we found this beautiful gem!

Nicole was welcoming and kind from the moment we booked. We came for my Grandma's funeral and when we arrived there was a warm strawberry rhubarb pie (Gram's favorite) waiting for us. Nicole was very responsive and I felt like I was talking with a friend. The house felt like I was staying at my Grams Farm, cozy and nostalgic. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We had an amazing stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was spectacular. On the rainy days there was still plenty to do: lots of games, ping pong, foosball and comfortable places to sit and read. On the nice weather days we were out on the water all day boating, kayaking and paddle boards, all which were in perfect condition! We are so grateful to have made lifelong memories with our family in this beautiful lake house! Thank you!

Wonderful weekend. The spot was ski-in and out making it truly accessible. The outdoor hot tub was a nice way to end the day. It's a little odd to access through the pool but the over experience was great! Highly recommend.

Great cozy getaway right off one of the runs on Sunday River, you cannot find a better value for the location!

Great spot, would rent again!

The condo was perfect for the group we had. The only issue we usually have at these buildings is parking. Only enough for one car and if you leave you will loose your spot and very difficult to park once you lose your spot. I understand that this is an issue at most buildings but it is a issue.

Great location between southridge and north peak express with a view of the southway trail that passes between buildings 1 and 2.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

Our stay at Julia’s condo was fantastic. Right on the mountain and easy to access lifts and the lodge. The place was as described and had all we need for a great weekend of skiing.

Great place to stay for a family of 4. Very close to Snubber for skiing and hiking. Hope to stay again. Thank you!
