We had a great week in Sydney at Charlotte's beautiful home. The house was very comfortable with tasteful decor. The house was pristine when we arrived and it was very easy to check in. Charlotte provided great instructions about the amenities of the house and gave us great recommendations for the local area. She was very accomodating for all our needs and always quick to respond. I would really recommend Charlotte's rental as a lovely place to stay and explore Sydney from.

A wonderful stay! Super homey and spotlessly clean, plus just a few minutes walk to a really nice beach!! A great location away from the city bustle of Sydney, but close enough to visit to see the attractions and shop. Linda was very accommodating and communicative. We had a small issue with the fridge (not to the fault of the host) and her and her husband were very attentive, responsive and willing to remedy the situation. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, peaceful beach getaway with some tourist visits to Sydney sprinkled in!

Stayed here with as a group of 9 girls, was perfect for a girls trip to Sydney! House was lovely! Host we’re always helpful and responsive and very generous as we had a few changes to numbers which the accommodated wonderfully. Location was great with good transport options and walkable restaurants and cafe’s. Highly recommend.

Eine sehr gut organisierte und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da zu Fuß der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes sehr gut erreichbar sind. Ein kleiner Garten ist vorhanden, in dem man sogar den Grill anschmeißen kann. Cafe kann man sich mit einer Maschine als eigener Barista zubereiten. Der Bus hält vor der Tür und man ist schnell am Bronte Beach oder an der Bondi Junction. Einzig die Reinlichkeit in der Küche hat Verbesserungspotential. Aber das bekommt Ellenor bestimmt schnell in den Griff. Wir haben uns ansonsten sehr wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Besuch in Sydney versuchen, ob wir wieder vorbeischauen dürfen.

This listing is a classic, and beautiful Sydney Terrace that looked like the photos and descriptions provided. The home was impeccably presented and well located. Alex could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we had everything we might need for our stay. I would definitely re-book if I need to stay anywhere near Bondi Junction.

Great location, near shops and walkable to beach. Bus stop closeby. Quiet and as per photos inside. Comfortable beds, airconditioning up and downstairs was great. Permit parking was a bonus. Kourosh and Nasrin were welcoming, responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again and recommend.

Lovely, spacious apartment on 5th floor of a block of apartments. We were there for 2 weeks in October 2024. Clean lift was always in good order. Swimming pool available, but we didn’t use it. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and utility room. Balcony with bbq. All as described. Easy to get to CBD and local beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanya’s house for our Xmas family gathering. The property exceeded our expectations, it was very well appointed and everything felt like home from home. The house was spacious to accommodate our family needs and our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool which was a bonus. There is also a lovely granny annexe. The property is convenient for the beaches and public transport. Buses are at the end of the road and the tram stop only a 15 minute walk so getting to central Sydney was so simple We highly recommend Tanya’s house for a family stay in Sydney, you won’t be disappointed Tanya was a great host and made our stay so smooth,

Our group absolutely loved everything about this accommodation and its location. We all said we'd stay again, whether it was together or for other groups events. Alison was so helpful throughout the whole stay and has a lovely place.

Isabelle's place was an excellent location to stay for us - quiet yet near Randwick centre for food and eating out, close to the trams to get to central Sydney and to buses to get to beaches, yet sufficiently away from it all to be able to escape hustle and bustle when needed - wonderful place to stay and use as a base. Isabelle was also very responsive, and sorted a minor issue we had within the hour - can't say better than that. Also, Isabelle provided us with chairs to sit in the communal garden, and advised of the communal pool - both wonderful on a hot day Would happily recommend to others looking for a base to explore Sydney....be it the city and / or the beaches - and Randwick was a joy to visit

We had a great stay and perfect for our group . The area is hilly but we were able to walk to many of the local beaches and loved walking to the Main Street. Views from the house are beautiful.

Meidy’s place was perfect for our stay in Bondi. It looked exactly as pictured , was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a real homely feel. The kitchen was well stocked, with lots of useful items: we particularly liked the glass fridge bottles for cool water, the freshly ground coffee left for our arrival ( lovely touch), actual sharp knives ( for once) to prepare food! The apartment is right next to the bus stop for accessing Bondi Beach , in under 10 mins, or walk in about 20 mins. We particularly liked being so close to the wonderful shops: bakeries, delis, supermarkets cafes and restaurants. It’s great to watch the buzz of Bondi in the open area at the front, however, there is a small balcony at the back for chilled moments. Meidy and Thiago were excellent hosts and super responsive: we had a minor issue when we arrived, and Thiago came straight away, which was helpful and very reassuring. This property was perfect for our family of four, and we highly recommend.

My parents stayed here for almost two weeks while visiting Sydney. They loved the location as it was a short walk to the beach but also very accessible to the shops. Apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Generous size terrace too. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at james’s home. The location was fantastic, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has no park spots. A parking pass from the council is fairly easy. But it can be hard to find a spot in the street. The house was presented neat and as pictured. Any issues are quickly fixed by contacting james. All bedrooms had air con, there were fans in the lounge area. Kitchen was well equipped. We did find the master bedroom bed to be hard and uncomfortable. The other beds seem to be ok. It easily fits a family of 6 with the option of a fold out couch for more people. Overall a great house in a great location i would definitely recommend it.

It is very close to the sea and it is beautiful to see the sunrise in the morning. The room is large and clean.

What a beautiful place. Just a short walk to the beach. A lovely cozy home. This place is made for peace.

Helen was a wonderful host - this really is a home away from home and we all felt immediately at ease when entering Helen's home - spacious but cosy with 3 large bedrooms and great sized kitchen/dining/living area. Our kids (and we) particularly loved the abundance of TV streaming choices. Comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras that only a primary residence of the host has. Helen's communication was great and always responsive and helpful. The home is on a quiet street in walking distances to local shops and cafes and easy bus rides to Bondi Junction, Bronte and Coogee. Thanks for our lovely stay.

Very pleased with the venue, good size, brilliant location 😀, walkable to Westfield shopping mall, and Bondi jct station, bus stop right outside. Even the sports bar underneath wasn't noisy and served a great burger n beer for $20! All the amenities for a short to medium stay, even had chance to get some washing done with the washer/dryer! Emily’s Bondi apparently was perfection. Perfect home with so much space for a family of four, perfect location to walk to Bondi Beach or the main town, perfect amenities, sheets and beds were so comfortable. Literally our favourite place we’ve ever stayed on air b n b. Emily was so kind and we loved every second we spent here.
