Beautiful home, well appointed, everything we needed for a big family stay and very comfortable. Walking distance to Brontë, Tamarama and Bondi beaches. Excellent cafe walking distance - Favoloso. Great coffee, food and some groceries. Larger area for going out at night, more restaurants and groceries was by Bondi which is a longer walk or uber ride.

The property more than met our expectations - immaculate, well provisioned (over and above other properties we have stayed at), better than the pictures and the location was an absolutely perfect for our base for our week long stay, 2 minutes from Bondi Junction and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Tina made sure we knew she was there and available if we needed her, we didn't actually but nice to know she was always available.

An amazing house with every amenity, located in a true oasis. Design and layout of the house is very family friendly with multiple spaces and places to discover and relax in. Always comfortable, and clean and easy to spend time Proximity to the beautiful Eastern Suburbs beaches makes this a true Air BnB find.

A fantastic spot to spend time with our family in a lovely neighborhood, so close to everything that is good about Sydney.

Dom’s place was great! He let us check in early after coming in from a 16 hour flight. In addition, our family is gluten free and he had gluten free snacks waiting for us upon check in!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s home! We’d flown a long way and she graciously let us into the property early, which was super appreciated! The home is near Maroubra beach and so we could walk to swim or brunch just near the surf. The pool is delightful and we also spent a good time in there. We traveled with our toddler so the small details, like a step stool in the toilet and bath toys in the bathroom upstairs were awesome touches! We got to live like locals in one of the great beach cities in the planet and are so grateful!

I had a great stay! The studio was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to get around. Nina was really friendly and responsive, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great place to stay - I would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanya’s house for our Xmas family gathering. The property exceeded our expectations, it was very well appointed and everything felt like home from home. The house was spacious to accommodate our family needs and our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool which was a bonus. There is also a lovely granny annexe. The property is convenient for the beaches and public transport. Buses are at the end of the road and the tram stop only a 15 minute walk so getting to central Sydney was so simple We highly recommend Tanya’s house for a family stay in Sydney, you won’t be disappointed Tanya was a great host and made our stay so smooth,

Fantastic location; walkable to beaches, grocery stores, restaurant and pubs. Also, bus access walkable nearby. Fully functional and equipped kitchen, good water pressure in showers and plenty of sleeping space .

It was an amazing experience staying at Guy’s place. My family and I enjoyed the house and its surroundings. Just few minutes walking distance from the beach. I would recommend to stay here!

Lovely house and location. Very close to Bondi Junction with heaps to do and explore. Street parking if you drive needs a parking permit which we were unaware of, but Alex helped us out quickly. Alex is very responsive to any queries.

This listing is a classic, and beautiful Sydney Terrace that looked like the photos and descriptions provided. The home was impeccably presented and well located. Alex could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we had everything we might need for our stay. I would definitely re-book if I need to stay anywhere near Bondi Junction.

The accomadation is in an excellent location with close bus/train services. The house is spacious,bright and is in a lovely neighbourhood. The host was easy to contact. we would highly recommend the house for anyone looking to stay in Bondi Junction area.

It is very close to the sea and it is beautiful to see the sunrise in the morning. The room is large and clean.

We stayed here with our family and friends as a get together before our wedding. The property was everything we wanted it to be which was a home away from home. Everything about our experience was positive and we could not have asked for more. A perfect place for a big group of people who want to share special moments.

Helen was a wonderful host - this really is a home away from home and we all felt immediately at ease when entering Helen's home - spacious but cosy with 3 large bedrooms and great sized kitchen/dining/living area. Our kids (and we) particularly loved the abundance of TV streaming choices. Comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras that only a primary residence of the host has. Helen's communication was great and always responsive and helpful. The home is on a quiet street in walking distances to local shops and cafes and easy bus rides to Bondi Junction, Bronte and Coogee. Thanks for our lovely stay.

The house is perfect for a break in the Eastern Suburbs/Beaches. Beach access is so easy. Tom is also a great host and was flexible around our departure, which really helped. We'll definitely try to stay again next time we are in Sydney and would highly recommend staying at Tom's Beach House for anyone else visiting the area.

The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were two families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were very generous and helpful, configuring the kids room so it suited our teen/tweens, and their local recommendations were great. It’s an easy walk to the beach and not far to walk to coogee either. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back another time.

Perfect property for our family. Would highly recommend booking this property, especially if you have young kids. Our children “Age 3 and 18months” had a fun and safe environment to explore and call home. Perfect location, neat and tidy, close to public transport. Would absolute stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Nadia’s place. The house is beautifully designed and really spacious but also homely - it’s even better than the pictures. The bathrooms in particular are wonderful. Kitchen is really well equipped and there’s also a choice of bbqs in the garden. The place is really well located - an easy walk to all the action in bondi, not far from the airport, but also on a quiet and peaceful street. Nadia was a great host and really flexible with check in/out times. Great value for money, would definitely stay again.
