Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

We had a great time staying with the place. The house has been designed well and the neighborhood itself is peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends, I recommend this one. Just a tip, bring with you groceries and food because the place is quite far from restaurants and supermarket.

Wow, this place is amazing! We love the location, 3 min walk to the private beach, quiet and peaceful, and can have delivery of food from restos around the area if you do not want to cook. The caretaker, Kuya Lito, provided excellent service and very friendly to all of us. The house makes you feel at home with large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outside area by the pool. Our family of 12 with 2 kids were very comfortable. We are absolutely coming back here whenever we visit Laiya!

One of the places that is worth the price. Super linis ng environment and friendly ang host. I didn’t have any problem with my stay here. Highly recommended sa mga riders like us na papuntang daranak & batlag falls. Sulit talaga. If you’re looking for a place to stay n hindi mahal pero maganda , malawak at malinis, book nyo n guys. it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

Daniel is very accommodating. We requested to have late check out and he didn’t hesitated to say yes, he even offered it for free! His staff at the property is very warm and welcoming. The place is nice and easy to find — just follow the pinned location and you’ll get there. They given us incorrect room but they informed us about it immediately and asked if we would like to move, however, since we’re already settled in the other room, we chose not to. I admire their honesty and commitment to their guests. Looking forward to stay here again. 💗

the host is so accommodating and allow us to have an early check in so we can have our boat ride before the actual check in time.. the host also assist us in booking a boat ride to pagsanjan falls.

Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!

The place is especially good for a retreat, away from the bustling cities and the noise. It's a refreshing view and helps you really connect with nature. The place is a little far from convinience store, and about a 10 min hike but it's a perfect get away. If you plan to stay a little longer than overnight, you may want to consider bringing a cooler as the mini fridge won't be sufficient for foods especially for a big group. Overall, it's a nice experience, both the host and caretaker were extremely accommodating and can offer flexible arrangement as long as properly communicated and there's no other guests for the next day.
