Timbering Tides

Come and enjoy your stay in a little oasis nestled in the timbers of New Brunswick. Perfect for the outdoors person who enjoys being one with nature. Walking, hiking, and ATV/snowmobile trails located on our road. Ski Poley Mtn only 5 mins away. We are located very well to enjoy daily trips to the coast. The Fundy Parkway is located 25 mins down the road, east entrance. Hopewell Rocks in Fundy National Park is 70 mins, with the beautiful town of Alma breaking up the drive for a lunch break.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

While there is a detached green building on the property, it is simply our private garage, laundry, and utility building—not another rental or residence. The top-floor living room features panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy and the famous St. Martins Sea Caves. A short walk leads to the beach and sea caves.
