Place was perfect for me my husband and pup. Easy check in and out, clean spot just as pictured, with great amenities.

Cody's place was exactly what we needed for a quick stay. The place was beautiful and very quiet. That is especially great at night. Easy to find and enter/exit. Kitchen fully stocked as well as beautiful televisions in both the living room and bedroom. Also, full size washer and dryer. The area is gorgeous along with lots of restaurants near by. Highly recommend for your next visit to the beautiful Arizona desert!

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a week at this large one-bedroom unit. Very comfortable, updated and location close to many stores and restaurants.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Very awesome place to stay, we felt right at home and will most likely choose this location again for future trips.

Peaceful, comfortable, clean, spacious as pictured. We especially enjoyed cooking our meals and then relaxing in the backyard. It was so nice to have a fenced yard for our dogs to wander and stay safe. Beautiful flowers, trees, lovely song birds. This was the perfect location for us and Jayme was a friendly and responsive host. A wonderful place!

Well designed from top to bottom. Walkable to Old Town. Great amenities and Derek is super responsive.

Everything was exactly as described. It was extremely well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and linens were very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Having a washer and dryer was great. We had fun playing the many games and there were easy instructions to work the tvs and internet. When we had questions Brian was very responsive even though he was out of the country. We would stay here again in the future!

The house looks exactly like the photos. Unfortunately, there was street construction right outside the house on the morning we were there. This is a good location for access to government buildings, downtown, and airport.

Wonderful 2nd floor condo close to Old Town Scottsdale . Lots of parking for visitors as well as one marked space for the unit( a little tricky to find as the numbers aren’t sequential). Plenty of comfortable seating for 4 and both beds were great. The memory foam topper in the master was the best I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful visit staying here! The apartment is very charming and decorated very nice in a comfortable retro style. It really had everything I needed in terms of kitchen tools, plenty of towels, nice sheets. Sitting on the little patio in the nice weather was enjoyable. The location is great nearby lots of shops and restaurants, and walking distance from coffee and a big grocery store. The complex is nice with a big pool, and I used the on-site fitness center once - it's basic but the free weights are nice to have. 5 stars, would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Easy to find and great location! Close to grocery store and restaurants. Hot tub just outside the gate. Very nice for two couples traveling as each bedroom and bathroom were separate.

Beautiful and the decor was unbelievable!

Nice spot near old town Scottsdale. Appreciated the pool area most. Not necessarily advertised but nice outside deck area as well.
