El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio, el espacio es amplio y cómodo. La cocina equipada para su uso. Había sábanas y cobija extra para el sofá. Está retirado como a 15minutos en carro al malecón (por lo que recomiendo lleves carro), la playa abierta al público está a 7minutos en carro y la más cercana se llama “playa de oro” y es agradable. Cerca solo hay un Oxxo, o plaza caracol (en coche 5 minutos) en la que te recomiendo comer, hay muchos restaurantes ricos. El área de alberca se comparte con más casitas, pero es prácticamente para ti, el agua es a temperatura ambiente (nos tocó un clima fresco, por lo que el agua algo fría, pero en tiempo de calor estaría genial). La visita fue muy agradable y la comunicación excelente!

I can't say enough good about this place, or the hosts. Cherry and Nicholas each came by to say hello and introduce themselves in person, something I have never experienced prior with an Air BnB rental. They were so easy to talk to and accommodating (we inadvertently misplaced the house key after a beach day and they promptly provided back-ups to us, and also allowed us to keep our luggage on site until we left for the airport to prevent us having to lug it around town). Clean beach towels provided, delicious coffee, and plentiful paper products (TP and paper towels) stocked inside. Cherry even stopped by to provide homemade shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! We really appreciated the write up of local recommendations, as well, as we had many options nearby. La Casita for breakfast was outstanding! Thank you so much, Cherry and Nicholas!

Michael’s beautifully restored condo walking distance from the beach is exactly what we envisioned when staying in Vallarta. Located in Centro, we took full advantage of the ocean views from the balcony to enjoy the sunsets every evening. The thoughtful interior design with plenty of natural elements instantly relaxes your body and mind as soon as you step in after a busy day of sightseeing. If renting a car, there was plenty of safe and street parking in front. We would def stay again. Michael also checked in throughout our stay making sure we had everything else we needed and very accomodating. He met with us at check in and walk us through his home. A nice perk was the high-pressure water both showers, which made for some invigorating and restorative showers! We also loved the Sonos surround sound which you can sync to and create all the vibes your heart desires. We would def stay again and recommend this gem in one of Vallarta’s most walkable neighborhoods.

A little slice of rural Mexico and the jungle but only 15 minutes from the hubbub of Puerto Vallarta. If you want an experience away from the typical tourist hotels, but still accessible, this is it. Instead of being woken up by partying tourists, you’ll hear the roosters of the village. Teresa is a wonderful host and goes the extra mile to make things comfortable for you. It’s an absolute deal of a price as well. It’s a 20 minute walk to the famous La Huerta BBQ with live bands in the late afternoon and pickle ball during the day. There’s an ATV tour company close by, Dirty Monkey, if you want a tour into the jungle. The Rio Cuale runs through the town and is beautiful. This is a very authentic Mexican experience. We took a 10 peso ride on the bus into PV and often Uber’d home for last than $5 US. My only caveat would be, if you have mobility issues, this isn’t for you.

peaceful and private, yard with hammock, comfortable king bed. loved it, so much better than the hassle of Condominium in the area. will stay again if I have the opportunity. spent about 2.5 weeks and it's such a quiet area no traffic noise. thanks again

Juan and Salvador were very accommodating. They were friendly and very helpful and created a positive vibe around the complex. The location is very good…lot’s of restaurants, local music and amenities.

Amazing is an understatement for my stay at Casa Sandia! The vibes of the space were incredible…I so appreciated all of the decor and comfortable spaces to relax…even better than the photos suggested. I spent countless hours lounging in the outdoor spaces & suntanning on the outer deck, with a nice view of the ocean/surrounding architecture and even nightly fireworks. I loved the chiming of the church bells every so often. Another huge appreciation for the shower (great water pressure/temperature regulation), the bedroom with AC & comfortable bed w/ a tv, and the supplied drinking water. Everything was thoughtful, making my stay the most comfortable. Carlos was an amazing and accommodating host with great communication, flexibility, and easy check in. The neighborhood was great. Quiet and beautiful. Easy walk to ZR and other areas…certainly a bit of a climb but nothing someone of good physical ability couldn’t handle. I was sad to leave & hope to return. Thank you all!

Great location, peaceful and comfortable apartment fully fitted out with all the amenities. Homero was great to deal with. Very friendly and responsive. Hope to visit again and will certainly recommend to friends and family.
