Our stay at Samuel’s home was perfect. Samuel was great to communicate with, and offered great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in Puerto Rico. The house was close to the beach, and on a quiet and safe street. Felt very safe. Thankyou Samuel!

Tengo que empezar diciendo que la comunicación fue excelente, Loremar siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy servicial. Si quieres alejarte del bullicio este es tú lugar! sumamente tranquilo y acogedor. Definitivamente volveré!

This was a great getaway in local Vega Baja! The blue flag beach in Puerto Nuevo was walkable (or a super super short drive if you’re not up for it), the local eateries were amazing (check out Ocean Bakery, the quesitos tasted exactly like my abuelita used to make and their tripletas are still making me drool thinking about them!). Martha couldn’t have been more accommodating or nicer, super responsive. The house smelt the cleanest of any AirBnB that I’ve ever been in, a very refreshing scent of cleaning products and sea air. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

Fuimos en familia y amistades, pude celebrar el cumpleaños de mis gemelos obviamente le pedí permiso al dueño y me dijo que si podía hacerlo pudieron entrar otras personas las cuales también le pedí permiso! Súper espaciosa la casa 20 de 10

Need some maintanance , it’s great that provide basic Beach ammenities like chairs and cooler. Very reponsive host.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location & I’ll stay every time im in this area of the island.

The home was beautiful with a cool, unique theme. I went with mh sister and our kids and we felt comfortable, safe, and right at home. The neighborhood was very quiet, especially at night, and the neighbors were friendly. Finding the house was tricky at first—Google sent us 40 minutes away—but my parents, who live on the island, helped so I didn't need to reach out Jorge. I did chat with him after booking with some questions and he was responsive and friendly. The backyard was huge with a clean pool, grill, bonfire, and lots of seating in sun and shade. There were also pool floats, toys, and board games. A car is needed to easily get to beaches and restaurants. There wasn't much within walking distance. Although we had everything we needed, I wish there were more toiletries provided, as we only received one roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place!

My stay at Koko's Villas was great. I have no complaints at all. Michael was great and accommodating as well. The place had 2 parking spaces for my unit. It's half a mile to the beach and close to restaurants. Thank you for everything Michael.

Great place to stay when visiting Vega Baja. The apartment complex is really neat and tidy and gorgeous pool area. The unit was clean, comfy and fully equipped kitchen ready to cook full meals. We walked to the beach and out to restaurant/ bars at night as it is only half mile , but the road is a bit dark and little space on the shoulder, but with flashlight it's doable for sure! Perfect place to stay!

Todo en la casa en orden y limpio la piscina fue expectacular para mis niños la area tranquila y sitios cercas para comer una de las Mejores playas super cerca la communicacion con el 10/10 se me quedo una pertenencia y rapido se comunico con migo y me lo envio a mi direccion en EU lo recomiendo una y mil veces y me volveria a quedar Gracias!!!

La pasamos excelente. Francisco fue muy atento y estuvo pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Las recomendaciones de lugares de comer no decepcionaron. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y equipada. Nos encantó que pudiéramos estar con nuestra mascota en la propiedad. El acceso a la playa que tiene cerca es un lugar bueno para relajarse y meditar. Definitivamente es un espacio al que vale la pena regresar.

excelente todo lo que se espera de una casa de playa , el gas se había acabado y el anfitrión nos resolvió rapidísimo. Playa expectacular , recomendado!!

Took my family of 5 for 5 nights in Vega Baja and we loved our stay. There was a power outage during our stay for about 5 hours but that’s from natural causes. We noticed the nearby homes and restaurants had generators. I’m assuming this happens often and would recommend that this building get a generator as well. Other than that the place was beautiful. Perfect price for the location. Playa Puerto Nuevo right up the street was beautiful!

Nice and cozy, is worth the price. Fabiany always responded when I had any questions.
