Everything was just perfect, the apartment was clean and had a good location on a hill near the beach (there are stairs to get up and down quite fast). Juan always replied fast when there were any questions and helped immediately. All in all we recommend this apartment!

Très bel et grand appartement dans un lotissement calme, bien situé sur la côte ouest (voiture indispensable). La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas ! La communication était très facile avec Andréa que nous remercions pour le beau séjour qu'elle nous a permis de passer à Ténérife :)

We had a very nice stay in the apartment! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was just what we were looking for in Tenerife. It's a very central location near the market and lots of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and we'd stay there again.

Die Lage ist optimal, kaum zu übertreffen. Man ist wirklich direkt i. Zentrum. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 24/7 eigentlich verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist auch in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Klima/Heizung ist vorhanden. Wobei die Heizung kaum zu gebrauchen ist, selbst im Januar. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt, hört man logischerweise die Müllabfuhr nachts...ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Komme bestimmt bald wieder:)!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the one bed apartment and had beautiful weather in October. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed for our holiday. It was spacious, light and airy and the ceiling fan in the bedroom and living area were effective in the heat. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. The balcony was a real plus with sun loungers, table, chairs and a settee. It was nice to walk out to the restaurants and no car is necessary. The bus service runs frequently and is reasonably priced. Our hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to access the apartment earlier on that day of arrival. After a long journey it was nice to find a welcome pint of milk in the fridge, together with a bottle of water, some biscuits and a bottle of wine! Tanya and Alan communicated very well prior to our arrival and during our stay and were extremely helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday. We hope to visit again.

The villa was very privet with an amazing view!!! Its the perfect place for a quiet holiday! We can’t recommend enough this place! The villa was spotless and the swimming pool and community areas were very well maintained!

Genial piso y con muchos detalles, azotea y muy buena atención. Volveremos si o si.

Très bon séjour chez José et Gabriel ! L'appartement est très confortable, literie au top, situé dans une rue piétonne, très bien équipé à tous les niveaux, décoré avec gout, possibilité de prendre le café le matin sur le balcon au soleil et l'apéro le soir après quelques randonnées. Communication avec nos hotes très réactive, dossier très clair de bienvenue, proximité de l'autoroute TF1 pour rayonner dans toutes les parties de l'ile facilement, garage facile devant la mer ou plus haut dans la ville. Un excellent choix de location sur la cote est de Ténérife !

Voici une proposition d'avis très positif basé sur ce que vous m'avez donné : --- Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, tout proche de San Andrés, avec toutes les commodités à portée de main. L'appartement est calme et offre une superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, la montagne et le village. La magnifique plage de Las Teresitas est toute proche, ce qui est un vrai plus. L'arrivée et le départ se font de manière totalement autonome, ce qui simplifie beaucoup l'organisation. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

A dream holiday apartment, with stunning views of the sea. The complex is peaceful, set within a beautiful setting. The apartment is well equipped, with a spacious balcony. All necessary local facilities are within very close proximity. The owners were superb and very responsive. We will definitely return!

Ich war jetzt das 7. Mal dort und werde wieder buchen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral mit schönem Balkon mit Blick auf den grünen Charco-Platz bis zum Teide. Strände und Busbahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Internet ist sehr gut. Maria ist freundlich und reagiert schnell. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wurde noch verbessert (neuer Herd, schöner Holzfußboden, Markise am Balkon, mehr Lärm abhaltende Balkontür). Der Balkon geht nach Westen und ist so recht gut windgeschützt (Wind kommt meistens aus Nordost).

Appartamentino comodo ed accessoriato. Bella la vista sul mare che regalava la visuale dell’alba. Facilità di posteggio e soprattutto comoda la fermata dell’autobus di fronte casa. L’host è stato pronto nel sostituire un pezzo del doccino. È stato un piacevole soggiorno

Tout était parfait! Nous avons eu de la facilité à trouver le logement et a stationner notre voiture tout au long du séjour. Logement impeccable, dans un quartier tranquille et intime. Vue du balcon époustouflante! Ce fut très facile et agréable d’échanger avec l’hôte. Nous recommandons fortement!

Zeer centraal gelegen en toch rustig, zeer goede airco, luxe compleet appartement. Een heel fijn verblijf.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement d’Arnaud. Le logement était tout simplement magnifique : propre, spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour accueillir notre groupe de 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Il dispose des lits confortables et deux salles de bain spacieuses. La terrasse, très grande, offre une vue superbe sur Los Gigantes — un vrai plaisir au quotidien. L'emplacement est également idéal : de nombreux restaurants à proximité, un Lidl à seulement 10 minutes à pied, et plusieurs plages accessibles rapidement en voiture ou à pied. La cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer facilement nos repas. De plus, Arnaud a été particulièrement réactif et aimable, répondant à toutes nos questions avec une grande efficacité. Anita aussi a été très agréable, aimable et à l’écoute. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons à l’occasion !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten zum Nationalpark El Teide. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse; allerdings hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage immer mal wieder Regen und Wind und konnten sie daher nicht so nutzen da es leider keinen überdachten und windgeschützten Bereich gibt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden ☺️🌸

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca und rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Ort um zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief eigenständig und problemlos. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring some really interesting and beautiful parts of the island. The hosts were warm and friendly, always available if needed, but also completely respected our privacy. Parking always available right out front, which made everything even more convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, super bem decorado e limpo. Lençóis de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade. A localização maravilhosa, mas se estiver de carro e com muitas malas, pode ser um pouco desafiador, tendo que caminhar alguns minutos de um estacionamento público até o apartamento. No meu caso que viajei com bebê e tínhamos um voo às 7h da manhã, foi um pouco complicado. Então, fica a dica pra quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade. O único ponto que eu indicaria de melhoria para a estadia, seria adicionar algumas amenities, como gel de banho ou água na geladeira. Pelo preço pedido, acho que seria interessante. No mais, tudo certo. Agradeço ao rápido e fácil atendimento e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos a nos hospedar com eles. ☺️

We had a lovely stay. The host was kind enough to let us drop our luggage off as soon as we arrived which was much earlier than check in and then we were able to check in soon after. The view was lovely and the sound of the waves so lovely that I chose to sleep on the sofa bed all holiday with the patio door open. Really great comms from host throughout and some lovely touches (wine and biscuits on arrival and all essentials provided, tea, coffee, sugar, and toilet rool and cleaning supplies). There were also some great supplies for a beach day which came in handy and plenty of fresh towels for both within the apartment and by the pool. Only suggestion would be to be clear about the sunbed situation in the listing or pre stay communication. I think there were 2 available for the apartment but took us a day or so to find and all beds are privately owned. Also no air con. Did not affect us at all staying in April, but may have needed in peak summer. Just little points and a great stay.
