Our stay was outstanding overall….stunning views, quiet/ private, close to walking path, private beach and the space was well- appointed, comfortable and clean. We loved hearing the waves and watching the sun rise AND set each day— so peaceful. There are stairs to access entryway, but it wasn’t a problem at all and parking was always available. There is a pool to use, just steps away ( also quiet) and all within a short drive to amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, great hikes, farmers’ markets and lovely Hanalei. We would love to return and highly recommend!

We loved this place! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! It was spotless, clean, and felt like home. It was quiet and very private. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kauai and would definitely go back!

We loved this place. The location couldn’t have been any better. The nearby beaches were beautiful, the deck was a perfect spot to watch the sunset and see whales! The short drive to charming Hanalei was the icing on the cake. It was an amazing trip and place to stay. I would love to return again in the future.

Great location for spending time in the north of the island but certainly easy to get to all other areas. Clean and comfortable space, nice decor, great having the walkout patio to enjoy the views. Loved having the Sealodge beach just down a jungle trail next to the place to go and explore. Market and restaurants just down the street. I would stay here again!

Amazing! Todd’s place is beautiful with stunning views from every window. A perfect “home” for a week with my 15 year old. Tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for cooking. Appreciated having access to the boogie boards and beach chairs, which got a lot of use. The pool was great for quick dips after a long day of adventures and the walk to Sealodge beach (right on the property)was fun and the beach was stunning. The condo is very close to Hanalei where we went most nights for amazing food. Todd is an exceptional host with great communication. He was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely 5/5!! Even my 15 year old was impressed;) Thanks Todd!!!

It isn't often you stay at an Airbnb that is perfect and exactly what you paid for, but this was one of those times. The pictures do not give the view justice. Sunrises here are surreal. The condo is freshly renovated with tasteful touches. This was the perfect place to spend the first half of our honeymoon on Kauai!

This place was beautiful! Gorgeous location and great condo. The kitchen was very well equipped, very comfortable and the portable AC was a nice added bonus. Gorgeous views and a short walk to hideaways beach which had great snorkeling. Lani was super responsive and gave great recommendations. Her Kauai guide was incredibly helpful. My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Kauai for the first time. We had no problems with traffic during our stay exploring south and north shores throughout our trip. The place was perfect for home base and we enjoyed running and biking on the path lining the beach next to the condo. Coconut marketplace is also walkable and super convenient for grocery needs and restaurant options. The shower is a slow drain, but nothing major - just turns into a bath for your ankles quickly. Everything was clean and decorated adorable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely place!

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

Cozy home with every necessity you can think of! In our short stay, Jake was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Photos do not do justice to the view from this lodging-it is an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from the living space. Wonderful space with 2 separate baths and bedrooms. Not at all cramped. Beds and linens are very comfortable, bathrooms well supplied with towels and paper products and shower heads are nice volume. Having laundry in the unit was a great bonus after days at the beach or with active outdoor activities. Area is very quiet (can’t even hear the ever-present Kaua’i roosters), feels very safe and is walkable. We would stay here again with no hesitation (and I don’t usually feel that way).

This is a very comfortable and beautiful condo. The kitchen is very large and is the most well-stocked Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever visited. The utensils and cookware were in good shape, and I had everything I wanted and needed. Loved the washer and dryer, and the overall space was great for our family of four. The views are incredible. We spent several meals on the deck. We were grateful for the beach gear. My kids briefly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was also very pleasant. We appreciated the abundance of towels! The location is very good for getting around the island and to activities. Lots of options close by. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Tracey’s was outstanding. It was very peaceful and private. The view from our lanai was gorgeous! The location is perfect with great restaurants within walking distance. This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai! The location was amazing-the North Shore is beautiful & this condo is perfectly placed. It’s right above Hideaway beach, a short walk to the One Hotel where we spent a bit of time at their restaurant/bar & the beach in front/adjacent to their property, & it was a short walk to Hideaway Pizza and Pub. It was a short drive to all the other amazing beaches on the North Shore. It was right above the pool which was convenient and had a great view of the Ocean. Sitting on the lanai was very peaceful! The layout was perfect for our family-3 adults & 3 kids and it even had all of the things we most needed for our toddler (pack and play, high chair). The condo had all the things we needed, from dishes (pots, pans, Tupperware, etc) to beach equipment (boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs/blanket, umbrella, etc) so we didn’t have to pack or buy anything extra. Easwar and Valerie we’re wonderful to deal with. I couldn’t recommend this more!!

We loved this place! The ocean views were stunning, with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. We definitely appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided—they came in handy during our stay. The area itself is so peaceful and picturesque! Alexis and Gifford were proactive with their check-in and check-out instructions. There's also a book inside the house with local recommendations, which we really enjoyed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Princeville. We were only there a few days but were impressed by the location and scenery. The property was as described and had a stunning view. Would recommend this property to others.

Excellent location, plenty of space, comfortable bed, ocean view from the room. Walked to Princeville Center from there, just under two miles, but a very quick drive if needed. Close to Hanalei, ten-minute drive, but this was a much better location imo, so the short drive was great. Short drive to Sealodge Beach trailhead, an amazing beach. Excellent value and a very nice, problem-free stay. A couple things I'd want to know ahead, the trees have grown since the posted photos and block much of the ocean view; still a good view but not like the pictures. Also, dated construction (the master bath toilet has no wall or door) (getting in and out of the front door takes two hands which is oddly frustrating because you are never leaving or arriving empty handed). Overall, a great location and great value.

The condo at the HBR was really relaxing for us and our infant son. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom for us to set up a crib and slumber pod. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt like we had everything we needed. There is a cute coffee shop in the grounds and a restaurant with live music. We preferred the food in Hanalei though which was a short drive away. The best part of this condo, and the reason we booked it is the views. We got rain for the first few days of our stay and the views were covered with clouds but on our last day the clouds went away and we were in awe.
