Loved my 6 day stay here! The large windows created a space nicely lit up by natural light. I enjoyed the vertical nature of the loft set up and I will definitely miss watching the sunrise from the balcony table. This condo complex had an amazing pool area where I spent a gold amount of time in the waterfall rock formation pool / hot tub. If you like rec sports (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc) this is also a fun spot!

The views of the bay from the condo were amazing and it was quiet and peaceful. We spent Easter there and saw 5 rainbows in a matter of 2 hours the morning before checkout. The two restaurants on site are good and it’s a short drive down to Hanalei Bay. The hosts were helpful and responsive.

When looking for a place in Kauai she responded in a timely matter. Easily booked. It was my fault but I had never seen a tax on a Airbnb rental before. There is a state tax and a hotel tax once you arrive. About 14.00 a day. Looking back the host clearly has the tax listed in the information provided. Best accommodations ever stayed at while away. Been to lots of places over the years. Thanks for helping with our stay in Kauai. Mark and Oyo.

Great value for a two bedroom, two bath condo. Great location. Could use a poolside bar. Condos are warm but manageable without the $20 a day AC charge.

One of the best Airbnbs in Princeville. Spacious, well appointed, with killer views of the ocean, whales, surfers and the Napoli coast from the large lanai.

This is a great place to stay on Kauai. Great location with the option to get a rental car from host. The Studio was spacious, clean and comfortable. Surrounded by a lot of nature and their beautiful farm, it felt very private but it was close to beautiful Kilauea with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Many beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. We can highly recommend this place!!!

Great place. Perfect for me and my husband and two kids! We loved it! Clean, great location, and having beach chairs, and a small cooler was nice for beach days!

We had the best time staying at this condo in Kauai! It had everything we needed and more — even beach gear like a cooler and chairs, which was super handy. The location was amazing, super close to everything we wanted to do. The host was awesome and really responsive anytime we had a question. My husband and I absolutely loved it and would 100% recommend staying here!

Sheryl was awesome to deal with. Responsive and easy to work with. Place: place was open and bigger than I expected. Kitchen: had everything we needed and some. Bathrooms: big and spacious. Location: a bit far from the airport but then anything that is worth staying is far. Amenities: clubhouse and pools were awesome. Checkin/checkout: was great. But checkout time was 10:00am which is a bit early. But if they need to get big place(s) ready for next guests, I understand the time they would need. There was sad on the floor which I didn’t like, but then I reminded myself, it’s Hawaii, sand will find its way even into your suitcase. Patio/porch: great semi-private setting. It was an awesome experience overall. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

The home is wonderful! A great getaway and close to the roaring ocean. Although you cannot see the ocean, we heard the waves crashing on big swells. The bikes for rent at The Cliffs gave us an easy way to get around. The home is a little dark, but during the day we were always out anyway. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfy. The additional beach gear was also great to use. This is a great place for families or a few couples. We had an amazing 9 night stay and would definitely go back. The host was great at communication and gave us lots to read about before we arrived. Wonderful place and close to all our favorite spots in Princeville!

Mikayla was responsive. Easy to access with clear instructions. There was parking, that was easily accessible as well. It was quaint and exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet location with gorgeous views and a close drive to beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. Pool was clean and refreshing. The apartment was very comfortable and stayed cool enough with windows open and ceiling fans blowing. View of the stars would have been better without so much light from the adjacent parking lot. The host provided helpful tips for things to do, was responsive to questions and plans to remedy moldy smell in clothes washing machine. Would highly recommend this place.

Jared’s condo was the perfect place to unwind after a long couples of days exploring the beautiful island! It looked just like the photos— with a soft bed, a big covered balcony, fans that worked perfectly to keep the room cool at night, and everything you could need for an adventurous beach day: beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella, sunscreen, aloe, and more. My boyfriend and I were happy to take advantage of the hot tub at night (it’s open until 9pm!). Jared himself was so kind and responsive, offering us local recommendations and a quick, helpful response when we had a question pop up during our stay. If we ever find ourselves in Kauai again, we won’t hesitate to book another stay here 😊🤙🏼

We had a very nice time staying in this condo. We were two couples traveling together and it was very comfortable with a bathroom for each of us. We did not use the air conditioning and it was a tad warm but not bad. Any closer to the summer and you would need to pay the extra for air conditioning per day. we were charged an additional tax upon checkout although that was my understanding so not a surprise. You do need to factor that into the cost, however. The pool area is relatively nice though somewhat dated. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool area had plenty of barbecues under covered space right by the pool, which is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo in Princeville. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was as described and Larry was very responsive with any questions we had. The location was right in the heart of princeville near the shops, restaurants and grocery. We enjoyed morning walks/runs along the nearby trail to the ocean and enjoyed the mountain views every morning!

These units are run by the hotel, so check in/out was a breeze. They didn't have our sized room available at time we checked in so they upgraded us. Sweet! We were blown away at the beautiful pools, Mai tai Saturday and everything. Unit was everything we expected and more. The only thing to complain about is all of the roosters walking around the property waking us up early. Other than that, short drive to the neighborhood shopping center with large Foodland supermarket, hardware, etc. Definitely will come again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sarah's place in Peinceville. It was easy enough to find and everything matched the description. It was helpful to have the fridge on the lanai as then you don't get the noise overnight. It was compact but had everything needed for a few days stay. If I come back I'd not hesitate to stay again.

This stay turned out to be sort of a miraculous blessing…the resort majorly upgraded me, so I ended up getting a lot more space than I paid for - too much for me on my own to use, in fact, so I was able to invite my nephew along! Spending three days with him in such a beautiful place was an unforgettable experience. The resort is lush and beautiful, with everything even better than described.

We had a great stay. Todd was a fantastic communicator and the location and room was beautiful. Very easy check in process.
