My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Brooke’s place! Close to downtown but very quiet. The backyard with the hot tub and Adirondack chairs was great for relaxing.

Staying here was a great pick! It was in a central location that was an easy 30 minute ride from Sedona and 20 minutes from Jerome. The hosts were very communicative and responded promptly to our questions and concerns, which was convenient. They even provided a booklet (both physical and PDF copy) that included recommended restaurants and excursions as well as detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. My only comment is in regard to the shared hot tub. Out of our 4-night stay we were only designated one day to use the hot tub. This was of little concern to us as the family we shared the amenity with were very flexible and okay with sharing. However, I bring this up to any future guests who may be in hopes of using it more often. The hot tub was great though (especially after a hike in 40 degree weather and scattered snow showers)! Overall, both the host and the property were a fantastic pick and I would stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay! One of the best places we’ve stayed at! Tami is outstanding as a host. Labels everything making it so easy to find things and her special touches make you feel so welcomed. We absolutely loved it and would totally go back in a heart beat!

This place is absolutely amazing and it’s like looking back in time. The location is unbeatable and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in a great location with great hosts. They are the best!

Really nice private casitas that are joined together along a walkway. Very comfortable, clean with modern amenities, very close to downtown Prescott.

Beautiful views that will take your breath away! Very secluded. Loved that is was fenced in for my two dogs to enjoy the yard. The sun room is an extra touch, was nice to have meals in there! We definitely will be back!

Kacy was very communicative and helpful. Her place was immaculate and included everything we needed. And the Keurig coffeemaker really came in handy. The home was the perfect size for two couples and the beds were comfortable and they had plenty of pillows. We walked to downtown directly from the house. It was a peaceful walk with sidewalk available most of the way. It’s about a mile walk so being comfortable shoes and, at night, you might want to bring a flashlight (though you could get by without one). We will definitely look to stay there again next time we visit Prescott.

We love Jerome and have never used an Air BnB before we usually stay at the Ghost City Inn but they were full. I was happy to stay so close to the main strip. The place was small but accommodated is fine for our 1 night stay.

Karens place was clean and spacious for two people. Was well equipped with kitchen items, as well as oil/salt&pepper! Had the most amazing sunrise and sunset views. Karen was responsive and always available to answer questions. It is located out of town - so make sure you have a good vehicle to get you to and from and plan for your meals!

Great location! We parked in the parking garage and never saw the car again until we checked out. We could walk everywhere!! A little noisy in the neighborhood but it was a Saturday night.

Suite #2 was perfect for our 2 night stay in Jerome. It’s very comfortable and cozy and is within walking distance to downtown Jerome. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The views from the room were amazing, even better since we caught the snow while we were staying there. We especially loved being able to use the hot tub during the cold weather. Wendy and Greg are very responsive and extremely accommodating. Absolutely recommend staying at their Prescott Log Cabin.

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

Beautiful views with nice patio to enjoy coffee or wine. Nice small touches like water, coffee available for us. The bed was comfy not too firm. Of course perfect location to walk everywhere. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
