Donna was awesome in letting us to make a last minute reservation and accommodating us for the entire visit. She also let us stop back by when we forgot something at her place. Great location!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Everything was very clean and they had pretty much anything that you would need during your stay. It’s a cozy home and we liked the decor. It is a short drive to Jerome and that is a really neat town to explore. It also was not too far from Sedona. Grocery stores and restaurants are also within a 10-minute drive. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice and spacious. The other two bedrooms are smaller and share a bathroom. That side of the house did not cool as effectively with the AC, but the rooms had small fans that cooled the rooms just fine. We like soft beds, so we found these to be firm, but that is a personal preference. The home owners do live in the RV that is in the back yard. That was not noted, so we do think it is important for guests to know that. We met the one owner and she was very nice and gave us recommendations of places. They did not invade our space at all, but my wife did not feel comfortable using the hot tub.

Hosts & Hostess were awesome. Prompt, courteous, accommodating, friendly & very informative. We had a great time. House was beautiful & we felt right at home. The bed mattress was awesome…so comfortable. Evenings & night time was quiet & peaceful. We highly recommend their home. We would definitely stay there again.

The house & area were beautiful. Kitchen was stocked well. Coffee bar was awesome. House was well furnished. Lots of pillows and blankets. Deck/patio seating was beautiful and the house is surrounded by trees. Doesn’t feel like you are in the middle of the neighborhood. We saw lots of wild life walking right through the yard. A few deers, a javelins, and a bunch of turkeys! The kids enjoyed seeing all of them. We had 8 adults and 10 kids. We all slept comfortably. Kitchen was a bit small for that many people but it worked well for the weekend!

Six people stayed in this home very comfortably. Everyone raved about it, from the oldest adults to the teenage boys. Neighborhood is excellent, quiet, and house is very well appointed.

Me and my family spent a weekend at Jared’s place to celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday, the house was amazing and there was more than enough room to accommodate all ten of us (plus my dog!) Location was perfect, super close to town and nearby trails for hiking. We also got to make use of the hot tub and fire pit which made the stay extra special! Wish our stay was longer!

Beautiful home, awesome neighborhood, great location. We came for a work trip and it felt like a vacation! The home was clean and comfy! Our favorite part was the hot tub. It was great to unwind after a long day of work. Thank you guys for sharing your home with us!

The place was clean, well stocked with blankets, towels, and pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve our group. One of the pans non stick coating was not good at all. House heating worked well. Home is beautiful with amazing views. Everything is in generally good condition. The kids loved the slide from the second floor, they loved the foosball table, shuffle board table, and darts. There are lots of board games and little kid toys. Internet worked well, no issues streaming movies. The deck was in great condition and large and comfortable to sit and enjoy the outdoors. We saw deer and havalina. The dirt road is fairly well maintained but there are several steep sections that might make you pucker if there is weather. If you want to get away and be surrounded by nature this place is great. The host is helpful and responsive. The check in was easy, check out was easy with no ridiculous requests. Will be back.

Our family had a great stay at TJ’s place in Prescott. Very large house with space for all of us. The guest house with a king bed and bunk bed was convenient for our immediate family with young kids. Morning coffee and nighttime cocktails on the deck overlooking the rocks were magical. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc you will need to feed your large group. House is conveniently located to downtown Prescott and to local hiking trails. We walked to Thumb Butte easily from the house. TJ was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. And, follow his directions and not Google maps!

What a great cabin! It was perfect for our family of 5 and the hot tub was a nice spot to relax. We had everything we needed. It's a beautiful area and we truly enjoyed ourselves over Thanksgiving. If we are ever back in the Prescott area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing this cabin with us!

This was a great stay and easily accommodated all 8 of us. Loved the themes of the rooms. We were very busy at an event nearby but the property would be a great place to host family and friends and relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Gorgeous views. Very peaceful. The hosts were very responsive. They always got back with me asap. Their hospitality was five stars! They had a lot of cleaning supplies, and toiletries. The kitchen came equipped with everything you might need including a good quality KitchenAid mixer and Le creuset cooking pans. Truly a beautiful place and wonderful hosts!!!!

Our weekend stay here was amazing;) our large family of 20 had a good time, the game room was a hit and the weather was perfect for grilling burgers and hotdogs :) There was an issue with the hot tub so unfortunately we couldn’t get in but our host reached out and let me know they would compensate us for the inconvenience, so that was truly appreciated. We had a great time, definitely worth it and will come back again!

Beautiful house in a secluded mountain setting! The dirt road was definitely bumpy but easily managed in our SUV without needing 4 wheel drive in April. Hostess was an absolute treasure and our family loved our stay!!

10/10 experience. Great home, great location, great amenities. Home was exactly as advertised and I would 100% come back.
