Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig, der Pool sowie die Sauna waren ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt war es ein rundum tolles Erlebnis, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Hana. Mitten im Wald sehr schön gelegen, nur auf der Straße war mehr Verkehr als erwartet, somit etwas nervig um dort mit Hunden lang zu gehen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ziele erreichen, z.B. Schlucht Amerika (Lom Velka Amerika) oder die Karlstein Burg, Prag lohnt sich als Tagesauflug auch sehr. Vielen Dank

Unterkunft war top, ruhig gelegen und Prag war entspannt und preiswert mit Bolt erreichbar. Kamin, Pool und Sauna waren eine nices extra. Emilia war ein sehr angenehmer Host

wij hadden een geweldige tijd bij Natalia en Steve. Het huis is knus ingericht. De hosts zijn aardige en gastvrije mensen. We troffen regelmatig een gezellig vuur op de binnenplaats aan. Je kunt er fantastisch wandelen met de hond. Het centrum is makkelijk te bereiken. Wij komen graag terug.

Prachtige ruimte, inrichting perfect. Mooi ingericht met veel kunst. Ruime tuin met overdekte zithoek. Ligt buiten centrum. maar met bus /metro goed te doen. Wijk met villa's en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Alles is goed gedocumenteerd door verhuurder, en niet commercieel

Toller Aufenthalt in einer netten Reihenhaussiedlung. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral (mit dem Auto 7min bis zur U-Bahn und von dort 15min bis ins Zentrum. Sehr saubere und wohnliche Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und liebevoll jahreszeitlich dekoriert. Tipp: Smart-TV-Stick oder ähnliches mitbringen. Der Fernseher kann nur tschechisches DVBT. Internet aber ansonsten einwandfrei!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

Séjour parfait dans un logement qualitatif, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Hôte très accueillant. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Eine ruhige, saubere und angenehme Unterkunft, sehr geräumig. Der Ess- und Küchenbereich war besonders freundlich und lädt dazu ein, seine Tagestripps innerhalb von Prag zu planen und Abstand zum Trubel der Innenstadt zu bekommen.

It was lovely staying in this beautiful apartment. The local area has lots of nice cafes and restaurants, with the hosts offering fantastic local recommendations. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights, and we loved the place. It is quiet and within walking distance of the city center. It was amazing to return to the apartment from a day full of Prague city experience and find yourself surrounded by the most beautiful interior design, it really provides for a special "coming home" away from home experience. We hope we can come back again soon!

Wir (2 Pärchen) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung und Größe ist gut. Wir waren für 6 Nächte über Silvester dort. Wir konnten so den tollen Terrassen Anbau nicht nutzen, dafür konnten wir den offenen Kamin gut einheizen. Genug Holz vorhanden 😉. Im allgemeinen ist alles wie in einer üblichen Wohnung vorhanden und nutzbar. Einzig beim Geschirr war nur ein 6er Set vorhanden, was zu öfteren Abwaschungen bei 4 Personen führte, trotz Geschirrspüler 🙈 Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden- die Bus Haltestelle ist direkt am Gebäudetrakt und führt alle paar Minuten in die Innenstadt oder in den Zoo. Das Auto konnte bei der Unterkunft gut (kostenlos) stehen. Alles im Allen war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und gerne wieder.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It’s brand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was definitely the stunning terrace with a gorgeous view – the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Everything we needed was provided, including thoughtful touches like tea and coffee, which made us feel right at home. The location was convenient and peaceful near shopping mall and metro station, and the whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. The only (very minor) downside was that it could get a bit noisy with the window open due to a nearby main road — but with the windows closed, it was perfectly quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague – truly a 5-star stay!

Уютный дом в тихом месте. Поющие птицы, красивый лес и озеро. Есть отдельно - домик сауна с трассой на озере примерно 300 метров от дома. Дом полностью оборудован всем необходимым, очень уютный и чистый. Удобные матрасы, новая кухня. Порадовало наличие камина и металлической чаши для огня в саду. Ухоженный участок. Хозяин очень дружелюбный, приветливый, всегда на связи. Нам здесь очень понравилось, будем рады вернуться сюда снова.

Wir waren zu 9 in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist super und bietet alles was man braucht. 3 verschiedene Grille sind vorhanden (Smoker, Weber und offene Grillschale). Mehrere Duschen und WCs machen es viel einfacher, wenn man mit einer grossen Gruppe anreist. Das Haus hat mehrere Zimmer mit 3 bzw. 2 Betten. Die Aussicht auf den Kanal ist Bombe. Ich empfehle wärmstens die Unterkunft samt der Bar zu buchen. Die Bar ist genial. Viel Platz, Musikanlage, Beamer, TV, Bühne, Lichtmusik und eine Zapfanlage sind vorhanden. Das bringt das Grillen am Abend und das Zusammenfeiern auf ein neues Level:) Direkt vor dem Haus sind genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden für locker 7-10 Autos. In der Nähe (max 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es viele. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel von bekannten Supermärkten. Michal ist ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und ein super Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke

overall we had a wonderful stay, well situated for access to forests for walking and mushroom foraging, comfortable, excellent communication and flexibility from hosts three small niggles were the requirement for an additional deposit to be paid outside of the airbnb platform, foam mattresses, and neighbourhood dogs that failed to respect the nighttime noise curfew

Jakub is a very friendly gentleman. Rented the place with 3 friends, all we have to say is... Perfect. Hopefully till a next time.
