Gated community, very beautiful backyard. The house was massive and accommodated 4 people really well and guest. Our co-host Luis was always on standby to help us out with absolutely “anything” we need. Anytime of the day or night he was ready for everything. We got the private chef as well. She prepared homemade columbian meals. Depending on traffic we were roughly 20-30 minutes from the local spots. Uber was easily accessible and cheap. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Mi estancia en la propiedad fue simplemente excelente. La casa es amplia, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin preocupaciones. Está ubicada en un área segura y tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero a la vez cercana a todo: supermercados, restaurantes, puntos de interés… ¡una verdadera ventaja! Laura fue una anfitriona excepcional: siempre atenta, amable y disponible para cualquier detalle que necesitáramos. Sin duda, vale completamente la pena. Si vuelvo a la zona, no dudaría en volver a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Gracias a Angélica por cuidarnos bien. Nos registramos temprano el primer día porque teníamos equipaje, por lo que ella nos ayudó con entusiasmo a abrir la puerta y nos pidió que pusiéramos nuestro equipaje en la villa primero. Ella limpia la habitación con cuidado todos los días y trata a todos con mucho entusiasmo. Gracias de nuevo. Volveremos la próxima vez que tengamos una oportunidad

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

This airbnb is great. They have front desk security that is available 24/7 which is amazing. The only thing is sometimes you have to wait for them to open the front gate, but it’s nothing crazy. The place was great, a little slippery when it rained, but it was great. The rooms were nice, cold and always cleaned. The washroom area is a little tight and the toilet seats are a little loose. Overall, this place is close to all the great amenities that Medellín has to offer. This place is a great stay, and any issues are dealt with super fast. I’ve seen some bad reviews on here, and I honestly can’t understand why. This place is GREAT.

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!

Had a great stay at this air bnb, the place looks like the photos, has a great vibe about it, and is in a very central location. walking distance to everything. The only downsides, the hotwater doesn't last for very long and the water smells a bit, but i don't think that's an isolated problem with the air bnb, it's the whole area. 2 of the 3 beds have hard mattresses, and the surround sound speakers cut out from time to time. Apart from that the place is great. I'd stay again.

The place is great for a group of friends to have a great time in colombia. Will def rent again if its available when i go next time

Una de las duchas no dispone de agua caliente, y la ubicación sale un poco de lo más turístico. Sin embargo el apartamento es muy amplio y corresponde exactamente a la descripción y fotos.

Great host, chef/maid (Ana Teresa) was amazing, food was tasty. Camillo our guide was always available, he made tremendous effort to communicate in English, he was very friendly and an excellent guide. The place is a little bit removed from the city but our stay was excellent. Thank you Elver for an amazing team.

En una zona tremendamente tranquila, con cooperativas cerca, un café 24hrs a una cuadra, súper limpia la calle, la casa muy grande con mucho espacio para mucha gente. Todo muy bueno, lindo,m. Si yo regreso con el grupo a Colombia, seguramente alquilaré este sitio de nuevo

El lugar estaba impecable y la ubicación perfecta, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones, la estancia fue muy cómoda y relajante, el anfitrión fue muy atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa, quedamos con ganas de volver la proxima vez que estemos en el pais, muchas gracias por todo.

After a nightmare experience with a previous Airbnb, we found this place last minute—literally on the first day of our vacation. The hosts responded immediately and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The location was perfect and felt safe at all times. The security guards were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They truly made our stay memorable. We appreciated all the local tips the host shared, which helped us make the most of our time. What started off as a stressful trip turned into a great experience thanks to this amazing place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Excelente lugar para pasar un buen rato en familia. Tiene un excelente espacio para hacer distintas actividades cómo juegos, asado y demás. Santiago siempre fue muy atento y diligente con todo lo que necesitábamos.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Medellin! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The setting itself was beautiful, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights of the trip was our tour guide, Andre. He was amazing—super knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was exploring local spots or learning more about the culture, Andre made it all feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in Medellin. Cesar did a great job of taking care of us while we were in the house and was very responsive with anything we needed including getting breakfast made for us daily and someone to come iron our clothes on wedding day. Carlos was fantastic providing us rides on demand as needed and anything else we may have needed. Also a great tour guide. Carlos and Cesar will make your vacation to Medellin one to remember.

The pictures didn’t fully describe the gravity of the dwelling. i was fantastic especially the third floor patio with the grill, jacuzzi, mini bar that spared nothing. All bedrooms and bathrooms are livable and usable. Grocery store 5 minutes away and a butcher walkable. Neighborhood friendly. i relaxed and slept in every room of house including the living room and 3rd floor television room. there were spices and every tool or utensil imaginable. Great for families but singles too. And the view from the patio at night——-priceless
