My family and I enjoyed staying at Jo-Anna's annex for an entire month during our relocation to the area, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. She was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her warmth made us feel more like friends than guests, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had become part of the family. The annex itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like a true home for over a month. I’ll be recommending Joanna’s annex to everyone we know—family, friends, and even to families at our children's new school who may be relocating. We had easy access to both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction, which was perfect for getting to know the area and exploring all the wonderful sights.

Recently stayed at the studio and it was fantastic! Very friendly and thoughtful host. Nice private access and located in a great location. 10 min walk to the main centre, 2 minute walk from the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants to pop in and out of on the way to the centre. The studio is spotless , no expense spared on the furniture which made it really comfortable. Nice to walk in to a little welcome pack of Welsh cakes, tea,coffee , sugar etc. sky Tv, Netflix access, good size tv. Not sure what more you could need and especially for the cost. We will be visiting again that’s for sure !

Lovely place in a lovely location over looking the Menai Strait. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and local to Bangor and local attractions such as Zip World. We had a nice relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Chocolates on arrival and use of tea and coffee and lovely touch.

Great location, walking distance to sea front and beach. Perfect for driving around and exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. Dog friendly, beds and bowls provided. Easy to park and access property. It had everything we needed and one of the more comfortable beds we’ve had in a holiday property! Very happy with it and had a great short break!

Lovely clean and immaculate apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Conwy which was a terrific town to stay in. Loads of character and spotless. Loads to do and see.

Lovely apartment and is so close to our daughter who has moved to Colwyn bay for work. The recommendations for the Toad restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch there. Xx

Kim's place was spotless, well appointed and in very convenient spot. Lovely touches like tasty Welsh cakes and a pint of milk to get us started. Would definitely recommend. Street parking but we were lucky and got a spot just outside. Many Thanks.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, stunning sea view from lounge and bedroom, easy walk to amenities. Loved every minute of our stay wish it could've been longer. Nia is an outstanding host, friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend and will be back again. Thank you Nia.

Lovely clean ground floor flat. Well presented with lots of kitchen equipment. Easy walk to Bangor town centre, but quite peaceful. Some noise from the road behind the flat, not too bad in March but I imagine would be more in summer months. Iman was very communicative with detailed information as to how to access the flat.

We had a great time exploring the area. The location is nice and quiet with views of the Menai Straights. The apartment is well equipped with a great kitchen. All the little touches make the place nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very accessible to walk to the beach and to local shops. We had a Sunday roast at The Toad which was less than a 5 minute walk away and a few drinks at The Ink. Check-in was so straightforward with very clear instructions to follow. The apartment was clean, well equipped and maintained nicely. We even cooked in the apartment and didn’t feel like the kitchen was missing anything. The road noise was a slight issue as the buses start fairly early but it just meant we were up and out exploring what Conwy has to offer. Thank you for having us :)

The flat is beautifully located overlooking the prom and the sea with constantly changing views as the tide goes in and out. It is very convenient for the town centre. It is comfortable and well-equipped. Parking requires planning as there are time limits outside and limited availability during he day. We would stay again if visiting Aberystwyth.

The place was very clean and easy to check in to even though we didn’t arrive until 10pm, perfect location if you plan on exploring both Anglesey and snowdonia in one go. The view alone is worth the price you pay

It was a wonderful stay and really peaceful the sun was shinning which meant we sat outside a lot in the small private garden at the back. Everything was close by and the studio was well furnished, clean & tidy. We would 100% stay again

We have a really wonderful time at Anthony’s place! The house was just perfect in terms of accessibility, cleanliness and had everything we expected for our stay. The kitchen utensils were of good variety and we really appreciated their kind gesture of giving some essentials like Milk, coffee & sugar for us! The bed was quite big and cosy & the heaters worked great. This is one of the best stays we’ve had, & would love to book it again for our next visit! Thank you!

Gabrielle has the most amazing place to stay, it's cozy and immaculate inside with everything you could want, it's a home away from home, the bed is super comfy, wifi is great, shower is both powerful and hot, the welcome pack when you arrive is lovely and ideal. The gardens are beautiful and looked after with such care, were you can happily watch the family of red squirrels for hrs and then see the woodpecker busy eating away from birdfeeders while there's a whole range of other birds dropping by. The enclosed garden is ideal for your dog as well, and there's even bowls and towels for them if you forget yours Gabrielle, Bill and Buster are wonderful hosts, nothing is to much trouble, they make you feel at home and like old friends This place is a hidden gem, a peace of heaven, beautiful views, tranquil surroundings, amazing places to visit, We were sorry to leave but plan on returning soon Thank you so much Gabrielle Bill and Buster

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 at Ben’s apartment. It’s in a great location. We found parking easy enough on the side road. Flat has everything you could need with the Kitchen being well equipped. Good sized rooms and more spacious than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back

Had a wonderful stay in our happy place of Trearddur Bay. The views from the apartment were perfect. Ideal place to relax and unwind. Lovely stay!

Another great holiday at this appartment for us, our second time because we enjoyed it so much last time. We hope to return again next year!

We had a great stay, Lovely place to visit! Was nice & quiet when we were there, Any issues and Denise was very quick to respond and really helpful. Beds were comfy, Everything was clean, kitchen has all your cooking facilities although we chose to eat out and order takeaway. There's lots to do not too far away, one day we went to beaumaris and another we went to gypsy wood both within half an hour away. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for a weekend away in Anglesey. Everything you need within walking distance, great views from the sunroom & kitchen. The house is a little haven away from home with all the comforts you need.

Great location and facilities. The cottage was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 7 children. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the workshop. And the private hot tub was a great bonus!! Would definitely like to visit again!!
