This retreat on the lake was absolutely perfect for spending time with extended family during a Notre Dame game weekend! The house was flawless! Everything that was described in the listing was exactly how we found it. Our host was super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Thank you again for letting us use your beautiful home!

This place is just as shown in the pictures. There are so many different spaces to sit and relax and take in the view. The home was very clean and very well stocked in the kitchen. The kids in our group loved the game room/garage and spent a decent amount of time in there. Overall, this lived up to the description and reviews.

The location was great—lots of things to. And such a beautiful view! We had everything we needed and I especially appreciated the very nice cookware.

Leah was a phenomenal host, very responsive and fast with her replies to my questions. The place was super comfortable and welcoming. It was peaceful and quiet just as advertised. Had a wonderful stay!

I will call it "Mary Poppins", practically perfect in every way. If you are looking for a quite scenic vacation spot, this is it. Their are obviously things that could have been better, but we got exactly what we wanted, no notes, no issues, no problems.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was a little hard to find at first but even though it was right off the road the back yard felt very private. Easy to walk to the beach and around the neighborhood. For two people and a dog it felt very spacious and the outdoor area was very beautiful with all the fall colors. It was a nice area with easy access to the state parks we visited.

Hope’s place was beautiful. My family and I felt like home!! Wish we had more time, for the weekend wasn’t enough!! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the fire place most of all. Being on the lake was bonus! We were in town visiting for a hockey game at Culver Academy, it made for a great stay!! Close enough to the school. In the future we would definitely stay here again if ever back in town!!

This is the second time we stayed at Serenity Cottage, Lake Of The Woods It is an ideal location for us because we have family in Bremen, Bourbon, and Plymouth. The setting is beautiful. We love the big open family area. The kitchen is lovely and we usually cook most of our meals so it is stocked well enough to do this. The owner lives next-door and checked in to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time staying at this adorable Airbnb in Lincoln Park! The space was just as cute and cozy as the photos, and everything was super clean and well-maintained. Jessica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The location was perfect—tucked into a charming neighborhood but still super convenient for exploring the city. I was able to catch a Cubs game at Wrigley Field and stroll through Millennium Park to see the Cloud Gate (the Bean), all without any hassle. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Chicago. Highly recommend!

Happy I found this listing and stayed. great Host, cummicated and was exactly as advertised. good location a few blocks from downtown 10-15 minutes walking. would definitely stay again.

Had a good stay. Host was kind and very responsive. Place is very clean and comfy. Kitchen has all you need appliances. Super happy there was coffee! Bit away from downtown. Expect a $15-25 dollar cab ride.

Michael’s apartment was clean, convenient, and cozy. We enjoyed a 4-night family vacation staying here. We were able to walk to some really delicious restaurants and the parking in the back of the building made it easy to visit other parts of the city. All of Michael’s instructions were timely, accurate, and clear. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Chicago!

Great location! Felt safe and easy to get around. Close to the Vic Theater and the El. The space was very comfortable for 3 of us. Once we figured out the codes/keys, it was easy enough. I would definitely stay again. Cathy is super easy to talk to and very responsive. Thank you, Cathy!

This was a beautiful place with an excellent view of Lake Michigan. Both rooms had comfortable beds and setup with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, but we mostly ordered Grub Hub, lol. Loved spending time here and great place to hangout and chat with friends. It is right on the water and we really enjoyed watching the waves crash against the barrier. It is on the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not bad at all. Felt very safe and having the parking space is a great perk. Very commutative and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

We 3 loved our stay at Joseph and William's place! The apartment was clean, bright, and filled with art. The kitchen was lovely, the beds were all comfortable and the shower was very hot. We loved the back deck, and I imagine it gets used so much in warmer weather. The location is perfect. We walked to restaurants and shops in Andersonville. It was just minutes from Loyola Univ. which is why we were in town.

Peter is a great host. He always responds quickly and helpfully. Beach Bird Cottage has turned into a yearly trip for us!

The Pines Cottage in Michiana Shores was the perfect escape for my sister and me—a busy Finance Director and Grants Manager—finally pressing pause on juggling responsibilities. The blend of modern amenities with rustic charm made it feel like home, and the kitchen—my domain—was a dream for any home chef, snuggly designed yet perfect for cooking and baking. The serene surroundings and walkability gave us space for reflection and creativity, making our time here truly good for the soul. We can't rave enough about this little slice of joy and will absolutely be back! WARNING - you're going to fall in love all too easily with it!

We had a great time staying at Amy's place! It is the perfect size for a couple. It feels very cozy and like you are actually staying at someone's home vs. the sterile Airbnbs that are owned by corporate entities these days. The property is as described. It is very private, yet close to everything! I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Perfect home for a long weekend that included a Notre Dame football game. The home had plenty of space for two couples and the kitchen is beautifully updated. The house is exactly like the photos and even better in person. Lovely large yard, plenty of seating out by the lake, kayaks for use, a firepit; a great vacation home. Bonus on an ND football weekend: much less traffic coming from north of campus, easy drive getting in and out of campus.

Great place to stay and the local area was absolutely gorgeous! We definitely appreciated how the host provided a binder full of local restaurants, instruction manuals, and places to visit! Not to mention, heated bathroom flooring was life changing! Thank you again ♥️

This was our second stay. The place has so much character and the fireplace and masonry heater are splendid in winter. I can just sit in front of the fire all day enjoying it and the view of the channel. Once I am there, it is hard to leave that peace and coziness.

Beautiful home in a great location. An excellent getaway for our family for a couple of nights. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
