There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

This vacation cottage is just a short stroll (1 min.) to the beach, offering guests complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for a hassle-free seaside experience. Nestled in a quite area, it provides a peaceful retreat while being within walking distance of numerous dining options. Our cottage had all kitchen utensils and basket type coffee maker. Definitely would stay here again.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

We stayed at this location for the 3rd year in a row. Looking forward to the 4th already! Great location so close to the beach and many other great spots. But still in a more quiet location. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Cody stayed very communicative for the whole time. Place is clean, quiet, convenient, we ended up staying week longer than we planned. We asked for some last minutes accommodation and he was very helpful and happy to answer and assist with our needs.

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

Perfect for two. Great location near restaurants and Clearwater fun. Plenty of parking, easy to find-even in the dark! Gorgeous quiet beach -walked and used provided beach chairs every day. Views from condo are spectacular. Clean, well-stocked unit with everything we needed. (Even the toilet paper was nice!) Hope to return again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is very convenient to the Gulf beach and a number of good restaurants are within walking distance. Everything was clean and as described. Excellent accommodations. Very quiet. Hugh checked with us early to be sure we didn’t need anything.

We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

The place is very close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. It was ideal for myself and husband. Vanessa was very responsive to my emails and provided great information about the area.

What a wonderful getaway! When you walk in the front door, the elegant & beach decor make you feel like you are in a true beach escape. The bottle of wine with iridescent glasses, popcorn, and a sweet card were such a thoughtful surprise. When you walk outside to the patio & pool area, it's ready for swimming, relaxation, enjoying the blooms & birds, and grilling. The house is so welcoming, immaculate, full of amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the living areas to the patio & pool area, and has all one needs to make a home away from home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen many days. The ocean, grocery stores, & top rated restaurants were close by & the sunsets at the beach were amazing! What a quiet area for a relaxing escape near the ocean! Thanks for the beautiful stay...many memories will be treasured!!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Can't say enough about the location. It truly was a 3-minute walk to the beach as advertised, and the pool was the perfect break when we needed it. Jessica was communicative and responsive throughout our stay. We also appreciated how well-stocked the condo was--plenty of toiletries, towels, and beach supplies so we could enjoy our trip without worrying about running out of things. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Had a very good time. Condo was how it was described. Check in process was very easy. Just fyi kiddie pool did not seem to be heated, but overall everything worked at great!

We had a wonderful time, loved the condo and Treasure Island. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me and my 2 daughters. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, just across the street. The beach is beautiful, we walked over every night to see the most gorgeous sunsets. We collected beautiful shells every AM. The pool was refreshing with beach towels and chairs provided. We enjoyed the patio at the condo which overlooks the pool. Jordyn was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had very promptly. Nicest property manager I've ever worked with, we definitely will go back. And its close to the airport. We really enjoyed everything!

This was our second stay at John’s condo and we’d love to come back again! Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for the week. We love the beach & pool options for the kids and the area was clean, quiet & felt very safe. So many great restaurants within walking distance.. we love IRB and John has been a fantastic and accommodating host yet again!

This condo worked great for us. The pool, hot tub and beach were perfect for our 4 grandkids ages 10-14. The locked storage closet with beach chairs, etc. was very convenient. We could also leave our beach supplies there throughout the week which kept the sand to a minimum in our unit. The wagon for hauling things to the beach was so helpful. It was nice to have a keyless entry so we weren't trying to keep up with keys. The view is beyond description. The sunsets were beautiful from our living room and balcony. The beach was not crowded in front of our building. As I walked down the beach in front of condos with many more rooms I appreciated this 4 unit building even more. Daniel was very quick to respond when we had questions. He was there every morning cleaning the pool and straightening the area. We noted how clean the outdoor shower was where you can wash off the sand. It was a perfect week and I hope to return.

We are very familiar with the Indian Shores area having stayed at a variety of locations between Treasure Island and Sand Key. We felt that Susan and Victor's information was accurate as we found '9B Shore Haven' to be exactly as it was listed. The pictures are clear and they give you a great look into what you're hoping to find in an accommodating rental. Two bedrooms with a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two full bathrooms, three televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, an extra long deck with plenty of seating and tables and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This property is not beachfront, but there is a partial gulf view from the deck. Don't let a preferred beachfront rental steer you away...the owners supply up-to-date beach chairs and the walk to the beautiful soft, white-sanded beach of the Gulf on a brand new boardwalk is just footsteps away. Communication is important and we found the owners to be extremely helpful. We hope to return in 2026!
