We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Definitely will come again . Highly recommended for anyone. Felt like a home away from home and the cat was a great host as well.

The pool was amazing, the kids loved it! And the house was beyond magnificent.. the photos do not do it justice. The house is bigger than what it looks like in the photos and easily fit 10 people comfortably. Lena was amazing and quick to respond and always checked in on us. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

Jared's home was amazing for us. Beach was close, home was beautiful, pool was amazing. Would stay there again.

The good reviews on this does the house no justice!!!! This is the most comfortable I’ve been when staying in a home that isn’t mine! Very private, everything you need is there! The host communicates well & is very understanding! My favorite was the kitchen & pool! I will definitely return here for another mini vacation. Oh and thanks for the wine Mrs. Kathy ❤️

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

We had such a great time when we stayed here for a few days. We’re from not too far away and yet this still made us feel like we were on a faraway vacation. We had a delay in getting to our location due to some challenges on our end and the host and Ms. Lisa were so helpful and understanding. Ms. Lisa even gave our daughter a stuffed animal upon arrival. A nice touch! We had a few questions during our stay and everyone was very helpful and responsive. We would come back!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway! The airbnb itself was the perfect size for me and my fiancé and we loved the private entry to the beach. Our flight into Daytona actually ended up getting cancelled, and we ended up arriving at about 3am, and could not figure out the entry pad. We called and the hosts immediately assisted us and we were able to get in! The airbnb had everything we needed for the weekend and also had some beach toys as well. It was in walking distance to many of Daytona's great restaurants and would definitely recommend this place to others.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and definitely found it at Shelly’s place. The condo is in great shape and we felt right at home. We chose to spend our days at the beach and cooked in most nights, it was perfect for us.
