Great value, and Guosen was very thoughtful and considerate as a host. When the weather got dodgy, and our flights were in jeopardy he helped out by freezing bookings for the next couple days, so we could extend our stay at the last minute if needed.

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

The property was wonderfully quiet. We spent Saturday quietly and had a nice cheery fire in the fireplace on Saturday night. It was just the right place for us to have a little getaway.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Kawalpreet was flexible with check in and check out times, which helped us immensely! It had a nice sized, fenced in backyard. And the location right beside the park was great for our four kids.

We rented Alex’s place for over two months and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment, situated in a peaceful neighborhood, looks just like the photos—it’s stylish, cozy, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Alex is an excellent host, offering quick and easy communication and always ready to help. We highly recommend his place, which is conveniently located close to downtown, fast food restaurants, and grocery stores, all within walking distance. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious with a comfortable bed, and the on-site laundry was a big bonus. It’s a great deal and perfect for both long stays and weekend getaways.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

This was a perfect apartment for my few days' stay in London. Close to everything I needed, and in a lovely heritage home. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at MiCasa. The condo looked newly renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. The building has a bar downstairs as well as “fowling”, plus a Speakeasy, so that was very convenient and fun. It was also walking distance to restaurants and other bars. The location is great. I would only suggest that the instructions to open the lock box specify to press * after the code. It took us a little while to figure this out before finally being able to open it.
