Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

Our family of 4 (teen and tween) loved this place! Our second time to Rincon, and we will definitely be back to stay here. Clean, nice, the right size for us, and had everything we needed. Easy walking to Black Eagle Beach/Marina, and Tres Palmas/Steps Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and washer/dryer were a huge plus for us. The pool/patio area is so quiet and peaceful -- loved going to the beach to surf and snorkel and then coming back for a pool swim. The pool is shady in the mid-late afternoon, which we also appreciated. Perhaps the biggest bonus was the solar power and Tesla batteries. PR electricity has been spotty since Hurricane Maria, and there was a whole-island, 2-day blackout while we were there (the second in 5 months). With the solar power at this place, we almost didn't notice. Allison was proactive in keeping us informed about the power situation. Thanks for everything, Allison!

Great location with a very spacious comfortable apartment. Needs hand soap in the bathrooms as well as regular soaps, sheets and blankets for the living room sofa and more toilet paper. Overall great price and location, La Parguera is a wonderful village with easy access to nearby beautiful beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Crashboat beach is an easy walk, though stairs are involved. The space had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with a nice hot water shower and also a convenient outdoor spigot to wash the beach sand off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

My daughter and I stayed at Rithy's beautiful spot this past week and it was just fantastic. The spot is not only absolutely beautiful, but so serene and healing. The apartment was exactly as described, perfectly appointed, and very clean. The location was perfect -- just a short drive to downtown and public places, but enough out of the way to be quiet and peaceful. Rithy was on hand during our stay and was so kind and attentive, provided us with great information, and was very generous. I would highly recommend this special place and I plan on coming back again!

This place was awesome! Perfect for me and my family. We were able to walk everywhere in Old San Juan, and the apartment had everything we needed—the washer, toaster oven, games, and so many other little details that made the visit delightful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. Ariel was very attentive to us. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I really liked the little touches upon arrival. We really loved it. Definitely Recommend!!!

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

It was a good place to stay to explore southwest Puerto Rico. Anibal communicated well and the place was exactly as it was advertised.

Delvi’s place is beautiful, very peaceful, close to the beaches and he was very attentive. Everything felt just right. Also it was well prepared since power was out and there was no water, he had everything solved. It was like we never lost power, nor water. Really appreciate and loved everything. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. Very clean and comfortable place in a quiet residential area within a short drive to a great beach. The patio was great with the spa and grill. Cool A/C in both bedrooms and the living room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!

Stayed here for a couple of days. Really loved it. The place was clean and it’s located in a safe area. Not to mention that there are security guards in the lobby and not everyone can enter the building. The security guards were also really nice and offered recommendations on where to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here next time.
