Immanuels Wohnung zeichnet sich hinsichtlich der Erreichbarkeit durch die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station aus. Ziele in der Inneren Stadt sind in 15-20 Min. zu erreichen - unschlagbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist ungemein praktisch eingerichtet (vor allem die vielen Staumöglichkeiten und der große Tisch). Die kreative Einrichtung und das (Licht-)Design - alles farbenfroh und doch dezent - vermitteln ein echtes "Wohlfühl-Gefühl". Die herrliche Aussicht über das Gleisvorfeld des Westbahnhofs ist - nicht nur für Bahnliebhaber wie mich - eine unverwechselbare Draufgabe. Alles bestens und volle Punktzahl!

Hatten in der Nähe unsere Hochzeitsfeier und wurden so herzlich empfangen (Sekt im Kühlschrank, Blütenblätter und Luftballons im ganzen Apartment verteilt und eine Glückwunschkarte). Die Führung durch den Garten und die ganzen Infos zu den Tieren war auch sehr interessant:)

This was the second time I stayed at an apartment of Christiana and Marius and I enjoyed again an excellent time at this beautiful place! The apartment is spacious, very bright, very clean and super comfortable with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I really liked the beautiful layout and design of the flat and the nice furniture combining modern design and unique pieces! The location of the flat is also very convenient, close to the Westbahnhof train station and with easy access to the city centre. The neighbourhood is very nice and trendy with many nice shops and cafés. Christiana and Marius are wonderful hosts, very friendly and super responsive. I 100% recommend this apartment and hope to be able to stay again with Christiana and Marius on my next trip to Vienna!

Große Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse. Wir waren zu 6. dort und hatten genug Platz. Alles war funktionsfähig. Es war allgemein sauber und die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Wellness-Appartment über den Dächern der Wiener Josefstadt. Strassenbahn direkt vor der Haustür und in 5 Min fussläufig sind alle wichtigen Geschäfte erreichbar. Das Apartment schaut nicht direkt zur Josefstädter Strasse, so dass Apartment und grosse Dachterrasse wunderbar ruhig sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bettina’s place was beautiful. The stairs were tiresome with luggage but once you got to the apartment the views were spectacular. Sitting on the balcony at the end of a day with wine or a beer was worth the visit. Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment was perfectly placed between my office and the inner city with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. The apartment itself was simple, but had everything I needed for a great 2-week stay.

Ich habe Weihnachten mit meinen beiden Töchtern in Wien verbracht und wir hätten keine bessere Bleibe finden können. Super schön, bestens ausgestattet, ruhig, gut erreichbar. Gute Betten, Küche perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr persönlich. Der Kontakt ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Super Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir würden am liebsten einzuehen.

Apt is very nice and clean, Alexander is responsive and help at any time very quickly with any question. the location is a bit far from city center in my opinion, we were with 3 kids and had to take train in order to visit main attraction (which is ok).

One word - amazing! The apartment is beautiful, luxurious, stylish, even better than the photos! Location - very walkable, 5-7 minutes from Museums Quarter. Apartment - beautiful, new, huge windows, breathtaking view, cozy patio, the perfect place! It was hard to leave it. :) Visiting with kids - Very quiet and peaceful. Very spacious, also don’t miss a great bath-time with the tub. Sunny patio to play outside, very well secured. Tasty and friendly restaurant right next to the entrance, working even on holidays. Host - helpful, respectful, responded quickly.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Auch wenn es wirklich klein ist (was von Andre erwähnt wurde, also alles gut), hat man sich heimelig gefühlt, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Anbindung ist klasse und das Check-In ging ohne große Probleme. Falls man etwas kochen möchte, sollte man sich ggf. noch Gewürze mitnehmen. Vor Ort gab's nämlich nur Zucker und Salz (soweit wir sehen konnten). Aber auch das bricht der Krone keinen Zacken raus. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen :)!

Die Tage im „Frisierzimmer“ waren perfekt für uns. Egal ob Innenstadt, Naschmarkt, Westbahnhof, Wiener Stadthalle oder Raimund Theater - alles konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist eine ruhige, private und sehr gepflegte Oase inmitten der Stadt und Gastgeber Andre ist super zuverlässig, schnell und produktiv in der Kommunikation. Wir werden das Grey Art Loft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Martinovo ubytování bylo skvělou variantou! Ve Vídni jsem byla již po několikáté a toto ubytování mě očarovalo. Perfektní destinace, krásně řešený interiér i pro čtyři dospělé osoby. Schönbrunn v pěší vzdálenosti, centrum do půl hodiny metrem. Hostitel byl milý, pokyny byly jasné. Příště přijedu znovu! (Vienna waits for you)

Quiet, nice part of town, convenient, clean and lovely. The rooftop terrace was outstanding. The view is marvelous, the churches are lit at night and we also had a rainbow after a light rain that we were able to photograph behind the churches. Everything was great. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but that was clear to us before we booked it, and the stairs were worth it for that terrace. Birgit met us at the unit, gave some area information and was readily available to help if we needed it, but we didn't.
