Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Jakob und John waren sehr freundlich und haben innerhalb ein paar Minuten sofort geantwortet wenn ich Ihnen geschrieben hatte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

It is 15 minutes or so in to Vienna on the U3 metro line and is so convenient. Great views from apartment Read Demi’s description to understand that it is a new listing but I really liked it Thanks

Fantastic stay. Apartment has everything you need and more. Close to VIC station. I’d definitely prefer to book this place next time I visit Vienna.

Mr. Daniel greeted us really well and took us for a free ride with his own car on the first day. He is friendly with us and the apartment is really clean and wonderful. Had a great positive experience throughout my journey in Vienna. I will recommend this place for Indians.

Είμαστε οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά, ενα 2,5 ετών και ένα 1 έτους. Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, σε σύγχρονη πολυκατοικία πολύ εύκολο στην πρόσβαση και η Judit εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης! Είχε το διαμέρισμα διαμορφωμένο για τις ανάγκες μας και η επικοινωνία μας ήταν πάντα άμεση. Η περιοχή ήταν απίθανη! Μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Belvedere και 10 λεπτά από το Μουσείο στρατιωτικής ιστορίας. Τα παιδιά χάρηκαν με την ψυχή τους το πάρκο των ελβετικών κήπων που είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από την πολυκατοικία και φυσικά δεν ήθελαν να φύγουν από την παιδική χαρά που έχει εκεί! Ήμασταν δίπλα σε στάση του τραμ και πολύ κοντα σε σταση μετρό, με αποτέλεσμα όλη η Βιέννη να είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη. Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Judit για την φιλόξενη διαμονή! 😃

Where do I begin… one of my favorite air. And b’s I have been to!! Olga met us to show us everything we needed to know and very quickly gave us our privacy, yet let us know she would be available-if we needed her-on Christmas eve! She allowed us to check in early which was huge for us. Her place is pristine condition and clean and even smells wonderful. Comfortable bed. Mirrors everywhere Amazing blowdryer! Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo and body wash Well functioning washing machine Refrigerator She bought us champagne! The best part is her place is about 15 minutes from everywhere you would want to go! She leaves local recommendations and helpful info for everything. Felt right at home If we come back to Vienna we certainly would book again!

Super séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et lumineux. Il est très bien équipé et à proximité des commerces et métro. C'est parfait pour visiter cette belle ville ! Rien à redire de ce logement, je le conseille vivement !!

Friendly communication, easy access and good price.

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!

Villa rose is a great place good location for us local train station or would recommend a car good local supermarkets. The villa was spotless and just as the photos nice place

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Incredible place! Konstanze gave me a really warm welcome and I felt right at home. I had a whole floor by myself fully packed with everything I needed. You can be in Vienna from there in about 30-40 minutes via 2 transportation transfers so it’s convenient if you want to visit the city. Would highly recommend!

This was the second time I have stayed here. The house is big, clean, quiet, and has great public transport connections with the bus, with just a short ride to the U-Bahn / underground railway in Oberlaa. You can walk it to the U-Bahn in only 20 minutes too. You can be in the city centre within half an hour. There are also two lovely Gasthaus / restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the house. I would definitely recommend the house if you want a nice quiet and spacious place to stay, but don't mind travelling several stops on the U-Bahn to the city centre. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Wien/ Vienna. Amanda and Helmut are also great to deal with, are very helpful and answer your messages very quickly. Can't wait to go back again!

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad. Fijne communicatie. We waren veel vroeger aangekomen. Dat was geen probleem. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig. Fijn ontvangst. Host was altijd beschikbaar voor advies. En uitchecken was ook heel flexibel. In overleg konden wij zelf bepalen hoelaat we wouden gaan. Kortom echt een aanrader.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is a bit interesting. Some parts of it are from three centuries ago and other parts where modern. Nicely, the kitchen and bathroom were both nicely modern. The backyard is completely useless (they have a table and chairs, but there's no view of the river. The "front yard" has that gorgeous view of the church, but they didn't include anything out there. So, we dragged the table out there so we could enjoy the view and fresh air, but because it has afternoon sun, we had to wait until the sun went down. A table and chairs and umbrellas would have made the stay more enjoyable. But, the service was great. We so appreciated them responding as quickly as they did to all of our little quirks (as an example, tennis court reservations). It made for a nice stay!
