We really enjoyed our two-nights stay at this place. The hosts exceeded our expectations, providing us a wonderful breakfast free of charge with home-grown veggies. The house and garden are very nice and close to mineral water resort. When you communicate with the host, please clearly indicate the number of rooms required. Séjour exceptionnel ! L'appartement est tout simplement parfait : spacieux, propre, et très bien placé. Le quartier est calme, mais à proximité de pas mal de service. La cuisine est bien équipée, et le salon offre un espace de détente idéal après une bonne journée dans Plovdiv. De plus, l’hôte est d'une grande gentillesse et très réactif, avec d'excellentes recommandations pour les environs. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine visite. Merci pour cette expérience inoubliable !

The apartment was clean and easy to find it. An AC is available in the room. The host Ana has answered my questions althought it was after midnight.

Просторно и уютно място в сърцето на Девин. Разполага с всички необходими удобства, напълно оборудвана кухня, широка трапезария и хол, чисто, с камина на дърва, отзивчив домакин и в близост до добри ресторанти.

Изключително любезен домакин. Всичко в дома е чисто,удобно и комфортно! Заведенията за хранене са наблизо,не липсват развлечения.

Alexander's father Yuri and his wife Rosalina were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. A good value hotel that's off the beaten track. We really enjoyed our overnight stay here! Thank you 😊

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. There's AC (in the bedroom) and a washing machine. The TV is awesome. The apartment is very close to the city center. We also got some great recommendations from Georgi about local restaurants. The parking is by the street. The building is a bit old, but the neighborhood is very quiet.
