The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Lorena’s rental was completely amazing! The pictures do not do justice compared to how the place looked and felt in real time. She had a fully stocked home, extremely clean. Always responsive & accommodated me beyond my expectations. Brought a playpen to her home to help me out with my 9 month old baby. I will recommend this home 100 times over and I would love nothing more than to return and stay at this property. 100/10!!!! THANK YOU LORENA

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I rent condos in Condado/Ocean Park at least annually. Zulma's apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. We really loved all of the windows--very nice!--and the apartment was actually more spacious than how I imagined it online. It is about 2 blocks off Loiza Street, which has lots of restaurants, and it is walking distance to different areas of Condado. Zulma was very communicative about all aspects of checking in and out, and instructions were very clear. We would definitely rent again if the apartment is available.

We had a arbnb that flooded 2 hrs after landing! We found Pedro’s place and he approved it within minutes and really helped us !! Really good guy

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

The apartment fit our needs perfectly (two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room) and was right on the beach. John was the best host we’ve ever met and it was just a pleasure knowing him and being guests at his place. He is kind, generous, helpful and thoughtful and we were lucky to have him as our host. The place is close to many eateries, supermarkets and Isla Verde beach, all within a walking distance. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at Casa CA-LI-AD with two families (4 adults, 3 kids under 8) and had an amazing experience. The listing is accurate—everything was as described, clean, and very family-friendly. It’s close to the airport, attractions, and a supermarket, which made things super convenient. During our stay, there was a rare island-wide blackout, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The property’s generator made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind. Pro tip: when using Uber, enter Casa CA-LI-AD with the dashes—otherwise it might not show up in the app. As a fellow Airbnb superhost, I can honestly say this place is exceptionally well cared for. Highly recommend for families!

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Kikiri House ! The location is very calm and peaceful, neighbors are very friendly. Just a short drive from the airport and local spots like Isla Verde, Condado Beach and La Placita. The space was clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for my stay. We absolutely loved the game room, it is so cute and has many games to enjoy. Rey David was responsive and helpful which made the check in process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If available for my next trip to my beautiful island I will most certainly look to book KiKiri House again.

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

The place was exactly as the picture described. Super clean and we liked the location because it allowed us to easily travel to all parts of Puerto Rico.

Very clean home in a non-touristy area, yet not a far drive to a lot of things (but do mind traffic hours). Check in was easy and the host is very responsive. Not a bug in sight during our stay, which is an accomplishment in this type of climate! Each room had air conditioning and the upstairs location provides nice privacy. Beds were comfortable. The place is a good price and that is mainly because of the location, deep in an older and humble working class neighborhood. Everyone has dogs in their yards and the barking seemed like it was going to be a problem, but it quieted down at night. If you are looking for nice clean accommodations and don't mind getting in the car to go out to eat, or to beaches or Old San Juan, or other attractions, this is a good option.

We had a wonderful family getaway in Luquillo. We loved the privacy and large uninhabited reserve adjacent to the property. Frank had great recommendations and was very communicative. The patio could use some updating but you couldn’t beat the size and view. The beds were very comfortable and the AC in rooms made sleeping perfect. We loved being able to open up the large doors in the main area to enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze! We hope to return someday in the future.

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. El lugar superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: el espacio era cómodo, bien decorado y muy funcional. Buena limpieza , algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación también fue perfecta, con todo lo necesario cerca y en una zona tranquila. Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.
