Todo muy bien, estancia excelente para ir con los niños porque la piscina está en frente del porche, los puedes vijilar sin levantarte de la silla. La playa muy cerca. Muy buenos colchones y almohadas, me ha gustado que eran todos blancos. La cocina muy bien equipada. Margot nos ha recibido muy bien, muy puntual, nos fuimos un día antes y no ha dudado en venir a la hora que le hemos pedido. Para poner un pero, sería la escalera caracol muy estrecha, no puede subir cualquier persona a la última planta pero hemos estado muy a gusto, nos ha encantado.

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Lage! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Spanien – absolut empfehlenswert!

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

We loved every minute of Nina’s fabulous villa. Everything worked and the pictures don’t really do the villa justice as the surrounding area is in fact bigger. Whenever we were home we would sit outside and enjoy the beautiful and modern terrace by the pool. Although we did not cook except pizza for the kids, the kitchen was very well equipped and there was also a grill outside. We are a family’s of six and had plenty of space. Nina was a very responsive host and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt hier hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war auch sehr schnell und freundlich. Man muss aber beachten, dass es an der Straße sehr laut ist, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Schlafen konnte man trotzdem gut. 🌞 Zu Fuß war alles gut erreichbar.

Onze zoon van 17 verbleef hier met 4 vrienden. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en lag zeer dicht bij het strand. Communicatie van te voren verliep goed, gemakkelijk en snel. Communicatie ter plekke was soms wat lastig door de taal verschillen. Check-in ging met een code en toen ze zich helaas buiten hebben gesloten is er iemand gekomen om hun te helpen. Dit was erg prettig. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en lag zeer dicht bij het strand.

Really recommend this as a place to stay. Apartment is pleasant and well equipped, especially for cooking, with the market next door. Although I was on my own, this 2 bed apartment was cheaper than comparable 1 beds. Tim and Pilar were extremely helpful and gave lots of tips.

Perfect wknd in this pretty and very clean appartement. 15min from the beach and the top of the castle, super nice !

Buena estancia. Los anfitriones muy pendientes. Pedimos calefactores y alguna cosa que faltaba y nos los trajeron enseguida. Buena ubicación, buen piso, buenas vistas. Acogedor, mucha luz. Lo recomiendo.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Excelente apartamento, anfitriones muy agradables y receptivos! Zona bonita, tranquila, silenciosa, toda la infraestructura, parques a poca distancia. El centro está cerca. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Nunca hubo ningún ruido de los vecinos ni de la calle. Estábamos descansando. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario. Cama muy cómoda. Internet súper rápido. Recomendado para estancias largas, viajes familiares y de negocios. ¡Estaríamos encantados de volver a esta casa!

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment! On the 18th floor, right on the seafront with amazing views of the sea and coast around to Benidorm in the distance. Exceptionally clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise was amazing. We were met by Jorge, who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us all around the apartment. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Wir waren nach 2023 nun auch im Oktober 2024 bei Julia und Javier. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit. Toll sind die Sonnenaufgänge, die Restaurants in der Nähe und die Anbindung nach Alicante Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Anna sehr genossen. Von dort aus ist alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wow! This apartment is stunning, we have had a great stay here for the last 5 nights. Location is 10/10 sea views are beautiful, watching the sunrise each morning really was a treat. Everything was perfect, 100% recommend a stay here if you are heading to Alicante. Thank you Rudi & Maxim
