Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

We had a great time in this house. We’ve used the pool a lot and fishing in the canal was a lot of fun. The house is spacious and very clean. Kitchen had all the supplies and was easy and pleasant to use. It’s a great house for a family.

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

This home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t do the justice this home deserves. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s spacious, modern, and in pristine condition. The outdoor space was a true oasis. The pool was beautiful and heated! The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything you need in Fort Lauderdale. My family felt right at home. We weren’t ready to leave. This is definitely our go to home whenever we come back. Our host was responsive and friendly. I have zero complaints!

Beautiful backyard bright and clean space that can easily fit a large group. Checkin was easy, the host was responsive.

We had a great stay here. The place was exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, responsive and took care of our needs. Would definitely stay here again when we revisit!

The space was more than adequate. We played games while others gathered for conversation and others had quiet time in the bedrooms. All my siblings had a wonderful time as we gathered after ten years at the villa. This villa was so comfortable and so cozy, It felt like home away from home!

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the pool/ping pong table! We were a group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Host was attentive, responsive and helpful! We hope to be able to come back and stay at the house again!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed—including beach towels and chairs, which made our beach days so easy. The pool and backyard were absolutely stunning with gorgeous landscaping; we spent so much time just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—just a short drive to a quiet, amazing beach with great snorkeling. One of the highlights of our trip was simply being able to enjoy the serene setting both at the beach and back at the house. The host truly went above and beyond by thoughtfully providing a puddle jumper for our little one to use in the pool—it made a big difference and was so appreciated. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-maintained the space was. The house itself was beautiful and so well taken care of. The pool is very clean a super private. With so many thoughtful poolside furniture and additions, such as floaters, blow ups, pool noodles and beach balls. We spent hours lounging by the pool, and it truly felt like a little oasis. What made this unique were all the thoughtful amenities provided. From plush towels to a fully stocked kitchen, the host thought of everything to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I stayed at Polina’s place with my family of 5. All 3 of my kids (9-16 years old) said the best part of our trip was this amazing AirBnb - and I agree! Two thumbs up all around! First, I have to comment on how gorgeous the backyard is. What I couldn’t tell from the pictures online is that the pool area is fully screened in. I basically lived out there on the comfy couch all trip. But it’s not just the beautiful screened in area, there are also loungers on the dock and a gorgeous patio area next to the grill. You will not find a nicer back yard on the canal like this. Beautiful! Next, indoors was nice and clean. I’m genuinely impressed with how spotless the whole house was. The kitchen has literally every pot, pan, or serving utensil you could ever need. The stove was sparkling clean and we cooked in most nights to take advantage of the space. I really can’t recommend Polina’s place enough. This far exceeded our expectations and was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at.

David’s place was exactly as described and in a great location. We had a couple of very minor issues and David was quick to respond and address. Beds were all very comfortable, TV came with David’s YouTube TV account, plenty of outside spots in shade or sun and heated pool was definitely a plus. Only nitpick was couch was average quality but I do qualify that as a nitpick. We stayed a month and would definitely stay there again .

We were in Sunrise for a youth soccer tournament and had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The home offers plenty to keep kids entertained and off their electronics. The place was clean, the pool was heated, and the location is convenient. It was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed. I went for a walk and all the neighbors were very friendly. Owner was prompt to respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located spot to stay.
