Sehr schöne, große Penthouse-Wohnung mit großem Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand, Beach, Wasser. Fußläufig Bushaltestellen, Beach, Park und Einkaufen erreichbar. Cafe und Einkaufsmarkt im Gebäude mit Pool.

We were very pleased with our unit, its size as well as the housekeeping. The resort was amazing with many activities to keep us busy. The walking paths were excellent and enjoyable. The local golf courses were great. Overall a great vacation and we will be back.

I loved how easy it was to book and how friendly the host was . I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a great stay with an amazing view of the area . 100/10

El lugar es muy lindo, cómodo y el personal muy amable. Es incómoda la regla de ingresar a las 16hs. En la salida el hotel nos guardó valijas y siempre fueron muy amigables. La vista de la habitación es genial!! Volveremos!

This was my second trip to Sea Spray inn and it won't be my last. The space is incredible and amenities are so perfect. The extra touches like beach backpack chairs and umbrellas are so well thought out. Also, the daily towel service is top notch. Will be back soon!!!

Ese departamento es un sueño. Viaje varias veces a Miami pero este piso 34 fue algo de locos!!! La verdad increíble. Es súper cómodo, equipado, bello enorme, éramos 8 adultos y estuvimos perfectos. El edificio es hermoso y todos los servicios son geniales. Y obviamente lo mejor de todo, la maravillosa vista, era de ensueños!!! Volveremos!

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony was absolutely beautiful — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking in the view. It was great having a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies, which made it easy for us to prepare meals at home. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the soft pillows made it even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

This place is just “amazing” if you are lucky enough to stay here you will love every minute. The views and the setting are fabulous. Gabriel was responsive. The space is well equipped and very comfortable. To wake up every morning and walk out directly into the beach was wonderful. Great for families. There’s a laundry room if needed. Kitchen was spacious with lots of pots and pans, cups, plates, toaster, etc. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Nicolas is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcome and taken care of. Adriana, the apartment manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is right across the street, and it's also conveniently close to Aventura and other great shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend!

Everything was good and as described. There were no issues with check in. The view was nice. The place was clean. The beach is right across the street with easy access. We were missing one balcony chair and one was broken but there were still two good ones and a table so that worked out just fine.
