Beautiful, stylish and spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make most meals at the home with ease, plus 2 grills outside. Awesome infinity pool with ocean views in picturesque back yard. 2 decks with plenty of comfortable seating and awesome views. Everything needed for a day at the beach available to use, plus washer, dryer and dishwasher. Towels were very soft. Lots of games, pool table and dart board for days spent at the home. Located in an area with short drives to many different sites and activities for everyone. We were able to check in early, and our host Kevin was responsive immediately when contacted (we were a bit needy). Sent handyman, Cesar, to check on an issue, who provided entertainment and gave helpful information on the area. Would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Laquillo and hope to be back many times in the future. Travelled with a group of 8, including 3 teenagers, and we all loved this home.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful house with amazing views. Hot tub was fun! Good beach accessories - chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, toys. Easy to get to beach, Fajardo and rainforest. Not too far from San Juan. Walmart close by. Note that there is a trundle bed now instead of bunk beds. Plus a couple of rollaway cots. Everything was very comfortable. Jose was terrific and responded to all of my messages. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The area was safe, just a little loud at night with cars speeding through our street or with loud car radio. It was a very cute place, but felt small for our family of 7, there is only one bathroom and that was difficult when you have the whole party showering. For a smaller group it should be perfect. Also, when the washer is running there is no water pressure in the shower. Overall Vincent and his team were very nice, responsive and even allowed us to check out later since our flight was delayed.

You are precisely on the perimeter of El Yunque National Forest. The stunning views are breathtaking and provide a very immersive experience. Enter this space. Janice is a wonderful host that provided precise information along with great recommendations in the surrounding local area. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the serenity of nature. Puerto Rico is a phenomenal island and this venue taps into the roots of la isla del encanto. The terrain around the area adds to the experience so be conscientious as you travel.

Felix and Wife are the most helpful Host since the time we got there until it was time to leave. Love the fact that they are Foodies just like me so they send me a list of where to eat, where to visit! Anything and very helpful! Responded in a quick manner. Didn’t feel like I was left out in the cold. Nice place, close to everything. Would love them to Hosr me again!

We've stayed a lot of places through Airbnb and Carlos' place is a stand out find. Carlos himself is like having a concierge - if there's 'Airbnb University' Carlos should be teaching. The place is ideally located, squeeky clean, and a true home away from home. Beach towels provided, easy parking, well equipped kitchen and great AC. We'll be back - often.

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨

We spent a week in PR, and this was the perfect home base for us! Close to El Yunque and beautiful beaches, and a great midpoint between San Juan and the Ceiba ferry to Culebra / Flamenco beach. The backyard is bigger than it looks in the pictures and a great place to hang out. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was refreshing. One note: you will need a car, as this place isn’t in walking distance to the beach. When we booked, there was a headline at the top of the listing saying it’s a 6 min walk to the beach, but this is not true (thanks Jack for confirming this before we booked). We will want to stay here again when we are back in PR!
