The space was great! It’s as if you are at home with all the amenities inside the property. Just one thing, the washing machine isn’t inside the apartment. There’s a separate laundry room. I hope this gets clarified/appropriately captioned in the photos uploaded. Overall, however, we had a comfortable stay. The sheets and pillows were promising!!

It's our 2nd stay at Evans appartment and it's always good. The place is good for families, clean, has all the things we need and the surrounding is clean and private. Evie was also very responsive and accommodating of our requests. Will definitely book this place again.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Although we were only there for a short time to rest and have a warm shower, we immediately felt welcome and at home. The apartment is in a relatively quiet area, but it is still very central, so you can quickly reach many things by tricycle, or even walk to the shopping center. The apartment is compact and very neatly and practically furnished, which we really liked. The kitchen is small, but fully functional. The bathroom is clean and spacious and there is hot water. The air conditioning works perfectly as well as the fridge. If we go back to balanga again, we will consider this place as our first choice. It is also suitable for longer stays. Thanks again to the hosts, who made us feel at home!

Had a good stay, appreciated Jean for being helpful and considerate. Stores are near and quiet environment. Few suggestions for improvement: broom, trash can inside, and fix wifi issue. Overall, felt comfortable with the place.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—right in front of a supermarket and next to charming coffee shops and tea houses. The apartment itself was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV, kitchen utensils, fast Wi-Fi, and even toiletries. Everything we needed was provided! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb from February 25-28! The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had a complete set of tools, making it easy to prepare meals. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Geoffrey's place is nice and homey. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to everyday life amenities. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. We love that ate Noemi comes every week to help us clean. We totally recommend the place.

The place was great and had almost everything we needed from the get go. We didn’t have to bring a lot of things anymore. Ms. Cherry was very helpful and always gave a clear answer to our questions. She also gave clear instructions on how to get to the place, as well as suggestions on what to do in the area given our length of stay. Will definitely consider booking again if ever we go back.
