It's quite far and secluded but not difficult to find. They were helpful and accommodating to us. Daniella was very responsive and his Dad welcomed us, plus the caretaker Jason procured and cooked fresh, grilled tilapia for us for Good Friday. The lakehouse is awesome and the high-ceiling living room gave us an amazing view of Lake Lumot, both upstairs and downstairs. There's sitting places everywhere outside the house and we enjoyed hanging out on the bamboo raft floating about 15 meters out onto the lake. You can watch the sunrise, the birds roaming about & the moon out there. It's fresh air & tall trees all around - if that's your vibe, because it's pretty much a private sanctuary without TV & other entertainment. Good for a retreat, a simple getaway or maybe just to rest and relax. There's private parking, then a 2-minute (kinda wooded) trail going down to the lakehouse. Use sturdy shoes. I don't advise going there during the rainy days. Sure we loved the place, just bring food.

This was one of the best stays we had ever had. Since my mom will go back to working overseas we are also celebrating my sibling's birthday. They have decorated the place with some birthday decorations and they even bought a cake for us. This is the only place that exceeded our expectations and will book again very soon. Ms. Ella & Ate Shirley are also responsive in all of our questions a day and before we arrive to the place. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Norman’s place. Beaches nearby are very accessible. Place is cozy and very clean. Staffs are very accommodating and very considerate. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

The perfect place to unwind! We were a big group, with children, but we felt taken care of. We felt so at home in this place. The lake is so serene. Did my mat pilates at the grassy shades and on the raft. The house itself is surrounded by a peaceful landscape at the front and seascape at the back. Caretakers are superb! Host is responsive and accommodating. This place is highly recommended!

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

This lakehouse is beautiful. The house has everything you can possibly need and has very thoughtful details. It also offers so many activities for guests and we really had fun mostly on the basketball and volleyball court, ATV ride, flying kites, and swimming pool. Their staff are all very nice people and attentive. All in all, the family was able to relax in this beautiful home. We still want to book this place in the future and we will refer to other friends.

We've found a rare gem in airbnb. At first, I was hesitant to book it because it looked too good to be true. Other listings are at least 50% higher than their rate and their place looked so much bigger in the picture. I had to do some legit check, then we eventually booked it. I'm glad we did. Here are the things that make this place great. 1. Host - I don't think I've encountered a host as responsive, attentive and as proactive as Eva and Jayson. They're very welcoming and you can feel that they are really happy and proud to host you. 2. Ambience - if you want peaceful and relaxing stay, this is the place place 3. Food - you don't need to bring anything else for your meals. They have a resto-bar inside that offers a wide range of food orders. Their food are reasonably priced, generous servings, and delicious. Don't forget to try their halo-halo and choco batirol. 4. Cleanliness - rooms are big and clean, and PWD friendly (which is what we need) All in all, it was worth booking. 😊

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dem Airbnb! Die Begrüßung war persönlich und absolut freundlich. Das ganze Haus ist in einem super guten Zustand und sehr gemütlich. Jah hat sich direkt um Anliegen oder fragen die wir hatten gekümmert. So eine Gastfreundlichkeit habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Nachdem wir angemerkt haben, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht ausreichend ist, wurde die Wasserpumpe innerhalb von wenigen Stunden direkt ausgetauscht. 10 von 10! Wir würden wiederkommen. Danke für alles :-)

Nice place, cozy and feel at home. The area is quiet and not much neighbors, a little bit hard to find when first time getting there cause the Lakeshore doesn’t have enough signages. Nearby the park, around 2-3mins drive. House is big enough for 6pax and have basic needed appliances. Cleanliness can be improve, host is very responsive and friendly. Clear instructions and not fussy. Pet friendly too. Recommended if your looking for a place to stay at the Lakeshore and wants a quiet area.

Lovely hosts, lovely house, lovely stay. Highly recommended. Wish we'd stayed longer. The host: Danny and Jen are so sweet, friendly, genuine and accommodating, we felt very welcomed. The house: We know a well managed property when we see one. The place is clean, cozy, comfortable and have all the necessary appliances and utensils. They have a good air-conditioning system for the whole house. The stay: We enjoyed every moment there. The subdivision is quiet. Our stay was so relaxing and refreshing.

We felt at home at Leora's place. We had everything we needed from drinking water, to compli snacks, to bathroom toiletries, and comfy and clean spaces. We appreciated that we can find relief from the hot weather in Mexico, Pampanga by just staying in. :)

75 JCK was a perfect get away for me and my friends this weekend. The place was private, very quiet neigborhood, and pristine scenery. The host Jan was very responsive and considerate. I also commend Kuya Balbas, the Caretaker who was very accommodating and gave a great tour of the place. Definitely well recommended!

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.
