Voor aankomst werden we gecontacteerd door Jan ivm onze aankomsttijd zodat dit snel en makkelijk kon worden afgesproken. Bij de aankomst zelf werden we heel vriendelijk verwelkomd, de host was er zelf niet maar hij belde op dat moment voor een heel warme verwelkoming. Er was ook een welkomstgeschenk: water en een fles wijn, wat erg fijn was na een lange autorit. Het huis is erg ruim en was heel erg schoon. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis. Ontbijt op het terras met zicht op de tuin en de vele vogels was de beste start van elke vakantiedag! Het huis ligt in een erg rustige wijk maar op wandelafstand van enkele grote winkels en de winkelstraat. Ook Bratislava is met de auto snel en vlot bereikbaar. Disney+ en Netflix waren ook beschikbaar, heel fijn na een lange wandeling om dan 's avonds gezellig samen naar iets te kijken. Het huis van Jan is een absolute aanrader en wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Lovely long weekend at the lake! The views were gorgeous, everyone enjoyed jumping off the dock and spending the day in the water. Roman provided inflatable rings for the kids, which they enjoyed. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance (all of which had parks for the kids!). We had a car so got groceries a short drive away and could cook easily at the house. The prosecco on arrival was appreciated and Roman was available and responsive on our trip. The house was well equipped, the aircon and Netflix were great to help the kids unwind after a long day. The beds were quite hard (not my preference) but I know everyone is different and lots of pillows and blankets if its a bit cooler, especially on the deck in the evening. Would definitely recommend for a short break.

We had an excellent time at Evka's home! The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed, and the location was perfect. Evka was very helpful and responsive as well.

Нам сподобалось у будинку! Все чисто, є всі необхідні речі, посуд, техніка. На дворі є затишний будинок на дереві, горка та батут. Для дитини то був рай. Для дорослих - гриль та крита альтанка. Ми чудово провели кілька днів у цьому будинку. Єдиний мінус - поруч залізна дорога та постійно пікаючий шлагбаум! Та досить великий потік автомобілів повз будинок!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely tiny house. It has a great view and it’s only a short drive from the nearest city. Lili was very helpful and super responsive.

Wir waren 6 Tage bei Juray und sind super zufrieden. Juray war in unseren Augen ein sehr außergewöhnlich aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der einen hohen Wert legt auf zufriedene Gäste. Menschlich sind Juray und seine liebe Mama total goldig. Sie bewahren stets die Privatsphäre. Die Mama lebt auf den Grundstück / Haus, aber man spürt es nicht. Sie ist eine liebevolle Mama die man doch gerne um sich hat. der Hund " Carmen" ist ein liebevoller und vor allem zahmer Hund. Ein ganz liebes Tierwesen was sich super mit unseren Hund verstanden hat. Angst oder Bedenken braucht man nicht haben. persönlich finde ich es auch gut wenn man Angst vor Hunden hat, hier hin zu fahren denn Sie ist ein zahmes und liebevolles Wesen was keinen Lebewesen was zu Leide zu tun könnte. Wir wären gerne noch länger da geblieben und persönlich hat mich der Abschied sogar berührt ... vielleicht genau wegen diesen ganzen tollen Dingen. Selbstständlich darf man den tollen Pool nicht vergessen - er war einfach - SUPER 🥰

Beautiful place, we used it for a family gathering. Friendly and very quiet neighborhood. The children really enjoyed the pool. I recommend.

It was very cool place with swimming pool near to the festival place (approx. 15 minutes walk) where we went. We enjoyed it and we want to stay here at the next year again. ☺️

We (two families with kids) were lucky to stay three nights at Sylvia's nice and beautiful home near Bratislava. The house is large with several bed rooms, it is well equipped and in a good shape. As we have been there in summer, we were able to fully enjoy the well-kept garden with the quite large pool. Further, the host supported us with Information and always answered to any questions we had. Thank you, Sylvia for letting us stay in your nice home!

Veľmi dobrá komunikácia.

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Pre mňa výhodou tiché bývanie v peknom prostredí, vhodné na home office, blízko bežecké trasy, plaváreň pod oknami, obchody na dosah ruky. Bytu nič nechýbalo. Čisté, plne zariadené. A ako bonus - garážové státie v prízemí. Hostiteľ rýchlo reaguje na správy. Ak by som si mala ešte raz vybrať miesto pre študíjno - pracovný pobyt, tak určite Michalov byt. Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi. 👍🏻😉

Place is a lot bigger then it looks in pictures. Huge kitchen and living room. Big screen TV and well maintained. Good value for money. Check in was smooth and a good host.

V Maringotke sme sa cítili krásne, výber umiestnenia je úžasný, krásny pokoj v okolí nádherné vinice a výhľad na Modru. Komunikácia s Lenkou bola veľmi priateľská a tipy na výlety a reštaurácie v okolí sa nám zišli. Radi sa sem vrátime znova. Ďakujeme :)

Very comfortable, spacious and clean house. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Pezinok. Would stay here again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Apartment und auch in dem Garten und dem Außenbereich. Sehr sauber und alles was wir brauchten war in der Küche vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation war bestens. Das Apartment liegt in einem kleinen Dorf mit zwei Supermärkte in laufnähe. Anscheinend gibt es dort auch ein Restaurant aber das haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Für unseren Nachmittagscafe sind wir entweder nach Modra oder Pezinok gefahren. Beides kann mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln stündlich erreicht werden. Nach Modra gibt es sogar einen ausgebauten Fahrradweg. Es ist sehr ruhig und von draußen hört man die Vögel zwitschern. Nicht rießig aber für zwei ausreichend und alles da. sehr schön

We enjoyed the weekend off at your lovely cabin in the woods a lot. Amazingly well equipped and super cozy, perfect to recharge. We had a great time, thanks for having us!

Martina's place was very nice and she was so friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for local restaurants and cycle trails and helped us book e-bikes, which could be picked up from a place 5 minutes by foot from the airbnb. She was very responsive and the place was very clean and modern. Highly recommend!

The cottage is very rustic but super cosy. Expect to go almost off grid as there is no internet and sporadic mobile. However we loved this as a family and embraced playing board games & snowy walks. Modra is a brilliant little town with great restaurants and a wine vending machine that was very handy. Juraj and his family were incredible hosts, feeding us on Christmas Eve and bringing local wine for us as well as offering lots of local recommendations. Thank you for a magical Christmas holiday.

Nice home, private, perfect parking-option. In the kitchen you can find everything what you need. Nice owner, easy to communicate.
