Alloggio piccolo ma completo di tutto quello che serve per passare qualche giorno a Pila, condominio tranquillo, silenzioso. Dentro l’appartamento la temperatura era perfetta, bagno nuovo, doccia con un getto d’acqua forte meraviglioso. Letti comodi, sia il matrimoniale che il divano letto. Cucina piccola ma completa di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e torneremmo sicuramente ad ospedarci!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen aufrund des starken Schneefalls zwei Tage länger in Zermatt bleiben zu müssen. Die Gastgeber waren unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und wir konnten ohne Probleme länger bleiben. Aurelia und Nicola haben sich stets proaktiv über dir Lage informiert. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Dorf und Matterhorn. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Besten Dank

The place is exactly as described, about 10 min. walk from the train station and 5 min. walk to the Matterhorn gondola. The kitchen has everything if you want to cook and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a ski room for your skis. The balcony has a limited view, sadly no Matterhorn, but great nevertheless, the sun hits it in the afternoon. Definitely would stay at this place again!

Soggiorno perfetto! Zaira è un'host eccezionale, attenta e premurosa. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con dei dolcetti di benvenuto, un gesto davvero apprezzato. La casa era impeccabilmente pulita e fornita di ogni accessorio necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Consigliamo assolutamente questa esperienza e speriamo di tornarci presto!

Really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s in Zermatt. It is very well appointed and well thought out. Very walkable to town, restaurants, or to mountain activities. Wonderful view of the Matterhorn in clear weather from the balcony and waking up to a view of the mountains from the bedroom was a pleasure every morning. Highly recommended for folks coming to Zermatt!

Great spot right near the train station and restaurants. Unit was very clean and had a wonderful view. There was an issue with hot water that was resolved and host was reachable by phone even late in the evening. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Well appointed apartment with incredible views of the Matterhorn. Ski lockers available but we kept our gear at the rental shop in town as we weren't confident on the ski-in ski-out slopes from the Cielo Alto lift. We loved our stay and would return! If Cervinia closes the lifts because of wind (as it did one day during our trip) we can recommend driving to Aosta and taking the gondola to the Pila resort instead!

Tiziana è una Supehost attenta ai minimi particolari. Si è impegnata e prodigata con l'obbiettivo di farci sentire a casa nostra. L'alloggio è ottimo e carino, super attrezzato, sia per gli elettrodomestici che per la biancheria fornita in tutti i locali, dalla cucina alla camera da letto. Tutti i locali compreso il l bagno sono estremamente puliti ed igienizzati,dotati di tutti i confort. In dotazione abbiamo trovato lenzuola, asciugamani, accappatoio per la doccia, asciugapiatti per la cucina, shampoo, saponi, carta igienica. Tiziana oltre a fornire tutti gli accessori che sono indispensabili in un appartamento, ci ha messo a disposizione anche il frigor con acqua gasata e naturale, inoltre ci ha permesso di accedere alla cucina con il privilegio di usufruire di biscotti e cibo per la colazione. L' alloggio è spazioso, luminoso, completo di riscaldamento e aria condizionata, tutto in ottimo stato, arredato con cura e gusto. Nel giardino esterno è presente una piscina stupenda.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances de ski et rando avec nos 2 amis et leurs 2 chiens dans cette maison. Sabrina a toujours été très réactive et nous a bien acceuilli et conseillé tout au long du séjour. Nous avons trouver la maison très propre et joliement décorée avec tout le confort. Il y a beaucoup de place et énormément de possibilitées de rangements. La maison possède également un jardin cloturé, très pratique pour les animaux à 4 pattes, une grande terrasse et un long balcon. Pour les voitures, nous avons pu profiter des 2 garages sous la maison. L'endroit est très calme et situé dans les hauteurs d'Aoste. Ideale pour le ski, rando et parapente autour d'Aoste.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet agréable logement proche du centre de Stresa. Propre, moderne, bien équipé et paisible. Riccardo, très sympathique, nous a super bien accueilli et est resté disponible pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et il est doté de beaucoup d'espaces de rangement, ce qui est appréciable. Il est moderne et bien agencé. De plus, il est situé dans un environnement paisible, niché dans un magnifique jardin et au bord du lac. La voie ferrée proche n'est absolument pas dérangeante. Habitués à venir dans la région, nous y reviendrons certainement.

Luisella è un host molto gentile e flessibile, abbiamo prenotato il giorno stesso dell'arrivo e ci ha permesso il late checkout. la casa era veramente pulita, è nuova, ha una vetrata stupenda con vista lago, un piccolo giardino. ci siamo trovati benissimo, dovessimo tornare non esiterò di tornare da Luisella. straconsiglio

Veel ruimte: ruime tuin, ruime kamers, leefruimte en eetruimte. Keuken klein maar ok. Alles voorhanden: een BBQ met houtskool, een wasmachine met wasproduct, afwasmiddel, schuursponsjes, handdoeken, … afhaalpizzeria om de hoek. Uitstapjes deden we wel met de auto, owv te warm en geen degelijk voetpad om naar het centrum te gaan, maar parkeren in het centrum is niet duur. En godzijdank airconditioning want het was heet :). Ook veel lekkere restaurantjes en fijne plonsplaatsen in de buurt.

A great place to relax, beautifull view, very large garden and a very nice host. the place is small but has everything you might need! We will be happy to stay there again. great for those who are looking for a private place in a nature thank you Albrto!

Het verblijf is sfeervol ingericht in de riante ruimtes en staat in een rustige omgeving. De verhuurder is ontzettend gastvrij en ook de omgeving met de paarden is prachtig. De hoeveelheid materiaal aan keukengerei is ook riant, waardoor je zeker niet tekort komt. 3 mogelijkheden om koffie te zetten met Dolce Gusto, filterkoffie en een percolator. Wij hebben met 3 ouderen, 2 volwassenen en 3 pubers genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. De Conad supermarkt is op 5 minuten rijden en heeft een ruim voldoende assortiment. Er zijn leuke dorpjes om te bezoeken, maar ook Milaan of Turijn is nog prima aan te rijden. Kortom, in alle opzichten een absolute aanrader.

Persone veramente squisite, disponibili e gentilissime. L'appartamento pulito, confortevole e ben riscaldato. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Dalla casa si vede un bel paesaggio. Torneremo sicuramente.

Super Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hat auch immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum und es war sauber. Sie hat eine schöne kleine Terrasse. Leider war es noch zu kalt um draußen zu sitzen - so schade. Ansonsten die Heizung in der kalten Jahreszeit läuft über die Klimaanlage, was anfangs etwas ungewohnt für uns war bis wir die optimale Temperatur gefunden hatten. Rundum haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

siamo stati a Omegna per la gara di Trail. la casa era a 5 minuti da partenza/ arrivo della gara, con parcheggio di fronte a casa. super!!

Barbara was a brilliant host. Her apartment had everything you could want. She even left an easter egg for our son and when I asked her about buying a sledge she had one at our door in 20 mins!!! Best ever customer service. The apartment has a great view "of the mountains", is very close to the main gondola and a five min walk from the main pedestrian street.

Bellissimo appartamento, bello spazio esterno con la piscina, posizione strategica.

We met Andrea and his lovely wife during our check in and departure. They were very accommodating as we booked an hour before arrival! We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the food was delicious! The city center of Stresa is a beautiful town…we happened to be there for the Stresa FireDept Fair!

Our hosts got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Davide greeted us at the sidewalk and was friendly and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The entire apartment felt like being at home. Train station was only a 10-minute walk. Milano and Torino were a short train ride away. Novara is much easier to navigate than Milano and Torino and has everything you need, including great stores. I messed up my reservation and thought we had another night and they let us stay for a small fee. This was the best Airbnb and VRBO experience we’ve had!

Andrea e Alessandra sono persona fantastiche, gentili e cordiali. La casa è perfetta, una vista stupenda e con ogni comfort. Ci hanno consigliato anche molto bene i posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno da loro. Grazie ancora Andrea e Alessandra (anche a Tia e Carlotta 😊)
