We had an incredible stay at this house for several weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed.

Very responsive host and very welcoming. Felt right at home in the lovely apartment. Would definitely recommend if you’re going in a group of about three or four, but would also be ideal for a couple. Tram only a 5 minute walk away which takes you straight into the centre. If I come back to Budapest I’ll be sure to book this again.

We’ve had such a great time at Agnes Airbnb! It looks exactly like in the description, it’s clean, well equipped and Ágnes was always available - she’s such a nice person! I would love to come back when it’s warmer to also use the pool, it’s a private property where swimming and tanning would be great! Thank you Agnes!

This was the Best, Air BnB experience I have ever had. The Host Agnes & Miklos, are very Rare in this field of business. They are very Kind, Respectful, Big Hearted, Cordial, to the Point people. Every Week, they would check in with me to make sure, I didn’t need anything. (I wish I could Adopt them. :)) If you are looking for a Peaceful, Cosy, very Clean, get away from the World…, place to stay in Budapest, this is It!! With Love & Appreciation C.C.

Szuper szállás, imádtuk! :) Gyönyörű a kilátás, isteni a jakuzzi és a szauna, barátságos a beltér. :) Csak ajánlani tudom!

Hostiteľ bol ochotný a priateľsky. Poloha aj ubytovanie bolo skvelé.

A házat teljesen kitakarítva, tisztán kaptuk. A szauna és a jakuzzi tiszta, kellemes volt. A bútorok valóban kicsit elhasználódtak, de funkciójuknak eleget tesznek. A környék csodálatos, mi túráztunk, kerékpároztunk és rengeteget pihentünk. A kutyáink nagyon élvezték a nagy zöld területet a ház előtt. A házigazda velünk barátságos volt, készségesen válaszolt a kérdéseinkre. Rugalmas volt a távozás tekintetében, sajnos a felajánlott késői kiköltözéssel nem tudtunk élni. Vissza fogunk még térni.

El alojamiento es como las fotos, ideal!!! La comunicación con Betty estupenda y muy atenta. La zona y vistas eran muy bonitas si no vas a salir de casa, pero por el alrededor estaba todo cerrado(era Navidad) La visita a Budapest cada viaje eran 20€. Resumiendo: casa fantástica y anfitriona perfecta, situación bastante lejana.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. Our host was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, always available if we had any questions. A lovely surprise was the thoughtful gift waiting for us when we arrived – such a warm and welcoming touch! I would definitely recommend staying here, and would be happy to come back in the future.

In real life it is twice better than on photos. Big, clean, cozy, relax Villa with a lot of private spaces, so even if you have big group all of them can find place for relax from each other if needed. Great sauna, big jacuzzi, big pool. A lot of staff, toys for the baby and infants (even a pool is secured from the baby if needed). You can stay with dogs since all the territory 100% secured and fenced. 1 parking spot on the territory, and about 3 parking space just behind the fence. Totally recommended!

Pepe was a great host he was replying immediately gave us right directions and the place was wonderfull and as we expected i totally recommend it without second thought

Egy hétvégét töltöttünk itt el a barátnőmmel és a kutyánkkal. Nagyon rossz volt eljönni!!! :D Abszolút tökéletes szállás egy kis kiszakadáshoz a mindennapi életből. Nagyon szép helyen van, és extrán felszerelt, tényleg minden is van a szálláson. A dézsához egy jó tanács, legyetek türelmesek, illetve a fedelet tényleg csak akkor tegyétek a kályhára, ha már ténylegesen jó a tűz. Első este kicsit türelmetlenek voltunk vele, de Tamás egyből válaszolt a kérdéseinkre és másnap már egész nap élvezhettük a dézsát is! Grilleztünk is egyik délután, minden rendben volt vele. A DVD-k meg extra élményt adtak, illetve egy 4 órás túrát is ejtettünk a patak mentén indulva Szokolyára egy finom rétesért. Egy észrevétel, ha a kutyusod nem az egésznap fekvő típus (mint nekünk), akkor könnyen felfedezheti a szomszéd telket, ugyanis csak oldalról van kerítés a szomszédhoz, a telek első részéről nem. Erre jó figyelni, hogy ne zavarjátók egymást a szomszédsággal.

A hegyre való feljutás nekem kissé nehéz volt, de aztán kárpótolt a kilátás. Nagyon hangulatos kis házikó, igazán jól éreztük magunkat.

Nagyon kellemes és pihentető hétvégét töltöttünk Falloskúton, amiben óriási szerepet játszott a Mátra-lak szálláshely. Tiszta, kényelmes és rendezett belső tér, csendes környék, és a dézsa is csodás kikapcsolódást biztosított. Összességében szuper opciónak találtuk egy romantikus hétvége eltöltésére a Mátra-lakot, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek! :)

Unterkunft übertrifft die Erwartungen sogar. An jedes Detail wurde gedacht, alles toll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, Whirlpool und Sauna ergänzen sich perfekt. Das Haus liegt in absoluter Ruhelage auf einem Berg, von den wenigen Nachbarn bekommt man überhaupt nichts mit, weder Geräusche noch Blicke können einen erreichen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 10min in einem kleinen Ort, der keine Wünsche offen lässt: Mehrere Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants. Beachten sollte man je nach Wetter bloß, dass die Straße auf den letzten 250m der Anreise nicht mehr asphaltiert, ja nichtmal eine Schotterstraße ist. Stattdessen fährt man auf einem Erdweg, etwas rumpelig, solange es zuvor nicht in Strömen geregnet hat aber auch überhaupt kein Problem; im Extremfall sind 250m zu Fuß auch kein Beinbruch. Zuletzt würde ich noch empfehlen extra Hausschuhe und einen Bademantel für den Weg zwischen Wellnessbereich und Haus einzupacken, die etwas wärmer sind als die vor Ort bereitgestellten.

Beautiful quite place. You can chill out and have everything you need. The hot tub is very refreshing. Highly recommended!
