The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Spacious countryside Carpenters Cottage near coast

Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

The Little Barn is located on the historic Saints Way in the quiet hamlet of Kilhallon. It's split-level accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a garden and patio area to enjoy, with onsite parking.
