The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town, 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to the old town. If you are looking for accommodation for your surf trip, we highly recommend this place. It's well equipped and the living/bedroom is very cozy. There's no washing machine, but there are plenty of laundromats nearby. If you come in early spring, bring a sweater as it can get chilly, but there's an electric heater to keep you warm!

For us this place was perfect. We felt right at home. Loved sitting on the porch having breakfast, dinners or just morning coffee. Amazing view. Kitchen has everything you need. All equipment. We actually extended our stay because we loved it so much. You need a car to get around, but you can park right in-front. We’ll be back hopefully. Thank you again for letting us stay. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Baleal. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und die Möbel/Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche roch etwas feucht. Dennoch war alles sauber und für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Diogo war als Gastgeber sehr freundlich und flexibel und immer zu erreichen. Vielen Dank

Wir waren für 4 Nächte mit unseren Jungs (6 Monate und 5 Jahre) in diesem netten Apartement. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool war für unseren Sohn das Highlight,auch wenn er Ende April noch sehr kalt war. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß in ca.15 Minuten erreichen.Leider war der Zugang gesperrt.Aber mit dem Auto findet man schnell zu weiteren Zugängen in der Nähe. Peniche und Obidos sind auch schnell erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns in dem Apartement sehr wohl.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,so dass auch gekocht werden kann.Auf den Balkonen/Terrassen hat man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super und schnell. Außerdem erwartete uns zur Begrüßung ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein. Wir können dieses Apartement nur weiterempfehlen.

Superbe logement au cœur de Peniche. L’appartement est très propre, la cuisine est bien fournie et la terrasse est très agréable pour manger et flâner à l’extérieur! L’emplacement est superbe, à quelques minutes à pied du quai et des restaurants, puis quelques minutes en voiture des plages. La famille Mota a été très accueillante, faisant tout en leur possible pour nous aider dans notre séjour. Lors de votre séjour, n’oubliez pas d’aller marcher sur la pointe de péniche, idéalement pour observer un coucher de soleil!

Hôtes très accueillants et gentils ! Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est très beau, bien entretenu, avec tous les équipements. Encore mieux que sur les photos ! Parfait pour 2 ou 4 personnes. Plage restaurants et superette à proximité de l'appartement, à 10min de Peniche en taxi. Je vous le conseille ! Merci pour l'accueil.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon und Meerblick. Sehr gute Betten, sehr gemütlich. Tomas war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Im Restaurant neben der Kirche haben wir hervorragend gegessen, tolles Brot und Kekse gibt es in der Bäckerei am rosa Platz.

Logement parfait pour couple avec 2 enfants, spacieux. tout était impeccable. Cet appartement mérite d'être minutieux ( jolie vaisselle, jolie linges de maison, blanc,...). la suite parentale est très agréable ( grand lit, salle de bain, grand dressing, terrasse).

Superbe séjour à Peniche. Logement agréable, parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Proche du centre, de la plage. Nous avons tout su faire à pieds. Rafael est hyper réactif dans ses réponses. Je recommande ce lieu sans aucune hésitation 😀

What an incredible apartment! It’s fully equipped, immaculately clean, and the beds are so comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. There are also so many useful items for kids, which makes it super convenient for families. The huge terrace and jacuzzi provide such a lovely space to relax. Hugo is truly a wonderful host—so polite and kind. I really appreciate your warm hospitality! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Very comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment for exploring the Peniche area - it feels much larger than the photos appear. For us, being so close to the beach and surf breaks was great. We visited some of the recommended restaurants, and particularly liked the Baleal end of the bay. A trip to Óbidos is well worth it. Sara was a very helpful host.

Apartamento bastante espaçoso, estava tudo muito limpo e era bem equipado. Amamos tudo, principalmente a área externa com a jacuzzi e espaço para relaxarmos! Paula foi super atenciosa, amamos e pretendemos voltar!

The apartment is really nice! Super clean and modern and the roof top terrace is definitely a nice thing on top. In general the apartment is well equipped and I really enjoyed my stay. Claudia also was very responsive regarding questions and everything is very well explained within the apartment. I’d love to stay there again at some point.

Overall beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Margarida was nice and always answered our calls when we needed her help. The smaller double bed and the couch were nor very comfortable. The power went out every time the drier and toaster were on at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much.

Ótimo apartamento junto à praia, com tudo o que precisamos para ter uma férias tranquilas. Prezo sempre um empreendimento com lugar de garagem como este. O Rodrigo é uma excelente pessoa, vai contactando durante as férias a questionar se nos encontramos bem e com sugestões para a estadia. Recomendo

Foi uma semana de férias bem passada, onde tivemos tudo o que necessitamos no apartamento (utensílios/serviços/máquinas) como nos foi comunicado pelo Sr. Luis. Nas redondezas encontram-se excelentes locais de gastronomia com boa relação preço/qualidade. O local é calmo e com bons acessos tanto para andar a pé como para descobrir de carro novos destinos.
