KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. This comfortable, breezy space is tucked right into the heart of Sperring Century Farm -- a 180-acre farmstead that's near town with a way-out-in-the-country feel. It features beautiful farm views, access to oak-shaded walking paths, easy parking and quick access to Live Oak, Spirit of the Suwannee music park, and our area's rivers, springs, and caves. While you're at the farm you can also visit Nana's Party Barn for lawn games, say hi to the donkeys, and fry up a fresh farm egg from our hens!

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Potter on the Farm Alpacas, Mini-Donkeys & Goats

Harry Potter fans, wizards and muggles will love this magically themed spot! We are situated on 5 acres in the country in a very peaceful and safe location. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!

Riverfront nature escape 12 mins from Lake City

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin. This part of the river has the most relaxing water movement that can be heard from the cabin with the doors open. Views are exceptional, a perfect little retreat in the quaint historic town of White Springs. 1/2 mile from Stephen Foster State Park. Canoe and kayak outfitters 1/4 mile away with launch and pickup available. Great fishing year round and bait shop 1/4 mile away. Perfect for a romantic getaway, Anniversaries, Birthdays.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Tucked into the trees at Soluna Springs, 3 min to Poe, 5 min to Blue, and 12 min to Ginnie Springs, our geodome has everything you need to stay comfortable while being close to nature, and nothing you don’t. Rest on our King organic Birch mattress, stargaze while soaking in our outdoor tub, take a hot outdoor shower after the sauna, fire up the charcoal grill and fire pit, and sit back and relax. This isn’t a hotel. Its a reset.

Come inside & rest your soul! This newly renovated home has plenty of room for families to enjoy time together. It's minutes from the Suwannee River, state parks & natural springs. Live Oak is a family-friendly community with playgrounds, walking paths & even a disc golf course. Our home has a full kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
