Everything was comfortable and tidy and the amenities were an added bonus for us while we were there. Andrea was a really nice and attentive host and answered any questions we had. We would recommend this place to other guests!

Great location and friendly staff in the building. The unit was as described and perfect for my solo trip to Tampa.

Jim’s place was a great location! We had fun fishing in the morning at the bay with the quick walk to the beach for the sunset. It’s great location for a tipsy walk home from live music at the white elephant with a quick hop, skip, and jump into the heated pool. Would recommend for people that want to walk and not have to drive and park. And a plus side, it is the cleanest air bnb we’ve stayed in. Check this place out!

We were there for 2 1/2 months so it felt like home. Loved the amazing view with beautiful birds, a gorgeous golf course, and canal that reflected the moonlight. The heated pool is luxurious. There are lots of things to do in the area. The condo has been partially updated but needs some more. Tim was easy to communicate with and made sure our requests were fulfilled. We loved it!

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.

Perfect place for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Clean updated place. Edina was able to get us in a few hours early because we arrived 5 hours earlier than expected!

The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and nicely updated. Close to stores and restaurants. We were there off season, so very easy/quick drive to Siesta Key Beaches.

Doris was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Place was very clean and up to date. The outside of the complex appeared rundown but inside the apartment was very nice. It was about 15 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. It had refrigerator, stove and microwave available. Publix was easy access right across from the driveway into the complex. A variety of restaurants were a short driving distance. Doris accepted a small dog which helped to make our decision to stay at her place. There was a king size bed and a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

Laura's place was exactly as expected.Some beach items and necessities were extremely helpful.Location was good, an easy walk to the beach when parking down there was challenging.Bed,linens and pillows were excellent.Awesome communication as well.

Loved this place! Exactly how it was advertised. It was easy to find and access was a breeze. It worked out great for us. It is only a few miles from our kids and grandkids. Restaurants and shopping is unlimited in this area. Close to everything that you could want. Hope to come here again a few times a year.

We were in town for the Women's NCAA Final Four. Cameron's place could not have been more perfect for our four night stay. The condo is centrally located, and there is a lot to do, all within walking distance. The condo also has a well appointed gym. Tenants were all very nice and welcoming. The unit itself is as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cameron even had a bag of treats for our dog! There are other thoughtful touches throughout. While we are very self-sufficient when we stay at STRs I am confident had we had any issue it would have been quickly addressed, as Cameron was proactive, reaching out to us to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Cameron's condo.

Cyndi’s listing was above amazing! Loved the furnishings and it was absolutely spotless. The bed is super comfy! All the extras were so kind and considerate. It was very nice to be able to use an actual beach towel and large beach bag to go to the pool! I flew in and those little extra’s are very nice! The area is absolutely beautiful with so many photo opportunities! Loved the choice in places to eat and the private feel away from throngs of people. It was a very enjoyable stay! Would rate Cyndis place and the location a 10/10!

Scott was a terrific host and we enjoyed our stay in his rental immensely! We were steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach… there was so much to do with the pool, beach, pickleball courts, pier, gym, game room, bags games and 2 on-site restaurants. I also love that there was washer and dryer steps away… so we were able to pack a little lighter! We were lucky enough to see a lot of dolphin activity right behind Hooks Bar and Grill which was also just steps away from our room. We did venture out, traveling to Venice to one of their beaches known for finding shark teeth, which was fun and we did come home with a couple! Scott also made sure to remind us that we were within the last 2 days of the season for the manitee viewing center as well. 5 full days was not long enough and we can’t wait to return! Thanks again Scott for being a terrific host!

John and Lori made our trip a dream! We had a busy trip planned with lots of daily activities and we needed no-nonsense lodging. They knocked it out of the park! They took all the guess-work out of the check-in process, had an excellent list of amenities, and helped make our stay stress-free with their prompt and clear communications. If you need a quiet, beautiful location to rest while visiting the Lakeland area, I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to staying at their place again!

Emily's appartment is absolutely beautiful. We felt home right away and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Our two toddlers enjoyed it as well. We found everything we needed, slept so well and had a wonderful time in Bradenton. Thank you very much!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Great little place whole visiting Englewood!! Close to Blind Pass Beach, Englewood Beach is walkable, and so are the local restaurants! Overall great spot!

The condo at Little Harbor is well kept and comfortable!
