Ms. Edena is very responsive, even in the middle of the night 😅 (very helpful as I work graveyard) the place is very peaceful, everything is working. Pool is clean. We experienced a very short power outage and Had some wasp visitor on our first night but nonetheless everything’s almost perfect.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

It was a wonderful place and Car is very responsive and tells all the information you needed. Everything is good however there’s not enough toiletries so you need to bring for yourselves. Highly recommended place though.

Zoraida's place was great! Private beachfront getaway with all the amenities you need! The house ws clean, well-stocked, pretty design with a beach theme and lots of rooms and beds. The beach, which was a few steps away from the house, was clean, and there was very few people which we really liked. What I like best, beign a furmom, was that the place was pet-friendly...gated yard where my dog could freely roam. The pool was a major plus! The size was just right and deep enough go swim in; perfect backdrop for a barbecue. Zor was very responsive, and her caretakers Mikel and Vangie were awesome, catering to all our needs. All in all, highly recommended place for a small family gathering or group of friends!

We had a fantastic time at Ms. Julie's place! The unit was tidy and well-equipped. My family and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Ms. Julie was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you once again for hosting us! We truly enjoyed our weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. Marian is very resposive, and helpful, and answered all our queries. The place is stunning, aesthetic, and very homey. The place is just a few steps away to the beach and restaurants esp to those who loves to walk. The place is very peaceful, perfect for those who wants to take a rest and to unwind. The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

This place is so awesome, We will might come back in here because of the great experience that my family and I had along with our fur baby. The host is so nice, warm and responsive. Its our first time in pico de loro and we love our vacation in there coz we had the best unit in there.

Great unit to stay in Pico. Everything you need and more in a family getaway is available in Don's place. Everything was clean and spotless. Don, Darby, and Marj were really responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a quick trip to Pico.

Ron’s place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we had an amazing weekend getaway. My kids loved the playground, beach area, and the spacious backyard where they could run and play freely. Kenny, the caretaker, was very responsive and helpful. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of free snacks and coffee. Overall, it was a fantastic stay—thank you!
