Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Great directions to get access. We felt right at home thanks to quick responses by Dmytro and comfortable apartment. Value beats any hotel in this area. Best thing: we felt safe and Trader Joe’s is across the street.

The location is why I picked this place but I’m happy to say that everything else exceeded my expectations. Even the building staff was friendly! I’d happily stay here again next time I visit DTLA

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Absolutely loved my 10 day stay. Great location, amazing rooftop with pool and hot tub views. Everything was clean and comfortable. By day three I already knew I’d be coming back and rebooked the same place. Highly recommend!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, with clear instructions for check-in and an easy checkout process. The place felt private, had great amenities, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful! I was really happy with the vibe. The only thing that caught me off guard was the gardener situation. While Charity did let me know they’d be coming sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM and mentioned they’d only stay for a couple of minutes, they ended up staying closer to 20 minutes. At one point, I thought they had finished and left, but they came back unexpectedly. I was also under the impression they’d be on the side of the house, but they came into the backyard where the outdoor bathtub and sauna is, without any entry warning. It just made things feel a little less private during that window of time. That being said, everything else about my stay was truly great, and I’d still recommend !

Kenny’s place was very beautiful and has great amenities. Kenny was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We have a 23 month old and he had a crib and high chair available which made our stay comfortable. Overall everything was very organized, clean and would love to stay again.

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

We arrived to a spotlessly-clean, decent-sized, one bedroom apartment. It's in a great location along the main stretch of Silver Lake Blvd. Excellent coffee (LAMILL) very close by, along with a great restaurant (Botanica). Jean and Ben were the perfect hosts -- answered our (few) questions promptly, and otherwise kept to themselves (they live upstairs). We had no issues with them living upstairs; they were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Having a reliable parking spot is very important in this area! So an important bonus there. Internet worked great. All in all a terrific experience, and we'll likely be back!

Jay’s place was cozy and comfortable. The children settled right in with the ping-pong table and other entertainment. The area seemed quiet and safe. Check-in and check-out were easy. Jay was a great host and very responsive.

Jonathan's house is lovely and charming. The yard is wonderful. A great Atwater stay!
