It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

The location is just a short drive to local beaches. This little gem offers the best of both worlds.

Cheerful, quiet 5 bedroom home

Hello and welcome, you must be 25 or older to book our home. Our home is at the end of a culdesac, very quiet and relaxing. Located just mins. from shopping, dining and grocery stores. Ocean City is 26 miles, Assateague Island is 29 miles, Chincoteague Island is 52 miles and many more unique places to visit. There are local wineries and breweries you can visit. We also live on the property in a separate house , so if you have any questions please feel free to knock on our door.
