This place is quiet and well laid out. The unit is very close to the laundry room and gym. We also loved how close it is to the pool, grocery store, restaurants, and lake. Great location all around. Beds were clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Really enjoyed our relaxing stay at Cristian and Mariana’s place….just what the doctor ordered after a couple days on hectic Las Vegas strip! Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day on the patio over looking pool ! Lovely weather and nice a quiet in early April. Hope to be back!

Always enjoy staying at Cristian and Marianas units. Great communication place was clean and amazing as always. Easy check in and out. No complaints what so ever.

The only thing I didn’t like was the very few supplies in the home. There were very very small shampoo and body wash. A very small sliver of soap and no conditioner. The pillows are hard as a rock. Other than that it was a great stay!!! It’s in a beautiful location and the hosts were very friendly!!

What a lovely and cosy room, very spacious and bright. There were lots of home from home amenities so I didn't need to bring anything from home, there was even microwave popcorn and noodles if I wanted them. The bed was quite possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in and it was huge too Maria was quick to reply to messages and went above and beyond for me, when I had a late flight and asked if I could leave my bags until my flight, she was more than happy to accommodate. Some of the other reviews say that you can hear them through the door, but I didn't mind it as I was travelling solo, it made me feel safe knowing they were there. All in all, it was a wonderful place and in a good location, quite far away from the strip but still close enough to get a bus (5 minute walk to Tropicana Avenue). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Maria and Eddy x

We had a great time. The house has been updated nicely, spacious and comfortable for our family of 8. The back yard was so comfortable and nice to sit out and eat dinner and play in pool. The back is off a main road so their are high traffic times and the pool is not heated but we still jumped in and had a wonderful time! It's about 20-30 minutes to the strip so if you don't have a car might not be for you but there are still many restaurants, stores, small casinos and parks near by. 5 out of 5 stars. Tom and Mei were very responsive and welcoming.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect—just minutes from shops, restaurants, and the Strip. It was easy to get around and everything I needed was close by. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Tom and Mei’s place. Everything was clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. They were very friendly and quick to respond.

Ashley was very helpful and flexible. She accommodated for all our traveling schedule madness during our trip. Her place very lovely and definitely worth the price.

My kids enjoyed pool and Jacuzzi. The house is conveniently located near to Strip as well as various restaurants. Blanca kindly explained with FaceTime how to turn on and off a Jacuzzi heating. It is very quiet neighborhood.

The only issue we had was the door kept jamming on us making it extremely difficult to open and close the entry/exit door. Also, the pool amenities were close so we had to use the one at the Aria. The gym at Vdara was sub par and crowded. It was nice we were able to use the gym and pool at the Aria which is a sister property. Those amenities were both great. Gym was very nice and spacious. In all, very nice and quiet space. Usually you could hear doors opening and slamming in hotels along with people shouting. We heard zero noise. Just wished it was closer to everything else. Great stat though and good price. Would definitely do it again. Just please fix that door.

My friend, mom, and I stayed at Lil Italy for 2 nights. The pictures and description do not do the condo justice! When we arrived, it was in perfect condition. No smells and it was spotless. When we first opened the door, we gasped at the spectacular view of the pool, mountains, and lake! I much prefer this vibe over the strip any day! Everything was considered to make this stay magical; from the pillows, to the beds, down to the toilet paper. Everything was just so comfortable clean. I take my own pillow everywhere I stay and I did not use it once because their pillows were so comfy. I just cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful - we will be back!

Location and place was fantastic, Christian and Mariana were fantastic hosts, I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay at, it’s about 20min or so from the Vegas strip even tho we didn’t go there for that. We came for a baseball tournament with my two boys. The boys loved the place, the sights were beautiful and the area overall was perfect. I would love to come back and explore more in the future.

We are fellow owners at Viera and enjoy renting other spaces when we visit, so our long-term tenant can keep his routine. What a charming spot we enjoyed on this visit. Hope to return soon!

Cristian and Mariana’s condo was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and in a beautiful setting. The views were amazing, Lake Las Vegas was within walking distance and the pool and hot tub area was comfortable and private for the residents and guests. Cristian and Mariana stayed in contact and were very proactive in welcoming us to the area and ensuring that all instructions were clear regarding check in and check out procedures. I would definitely stay again if/when I return to the area.

Wish I stayed longer. Hope the Montelago pool access is fixed for other guests but having the Viera pool was nice. Beds were very firm and pillows were nice and big. Nice patio to relax and watch the lake view. We found the luggage carts AFTER we had made several trips to the car and back. Find the carts first on the basement level and save your back. Laundry room access was nice and I liked watching the Wash app to get a notice when my stuff was done washing. The village was cute but Tuesday it was pretty slow. I’m sure on the weekend it would be more upbeat. The water sports didn’t have that cool obstacle course we saw on their webpage but maybe it will return someday. Driving to the strip was a ways but we had no traffic on a midweek night trip to see a show. Would stay here again for sure.
