Lovely spacious modern villa in a perfect location. great restaurants on your doorstep as is the beach. Great welcome host too

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

First of all the picture shown doesn't tell you everything .. the place is just wow don't go with the pics believe me it's worth every penny and the place sits just write , peaceful environment and a private place love the vibes.

A gorgeous villa with impressive landscaping right on the beach, lots of room everywhere, both indoors and out. Lots of places to relax according to your mood, be it in loungers next to the infinity pool, comfy seating by the dining area and jacuzzi, in the gazebo overlooking the pool, on the back terrace, or at the seating area right adjacent to the beach (incredible and romantic sunsets). The staff were friendly, but in now way overbearing. The cook prepared good, sometimes basic, meals for us that were very tasty and introduced us to some local flavors as well. We told here what we wanted for the next day, she did the shopping and brought the receipts, this worked well. The beach is really nice, with big waves kicking up on some days. Standing in the water facing the villa, while looking at the sunrise coming up in the east and seeing the full moon going down over the volcanos of Java in the west is almost a spiritual experience.

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

We had the most amazing lovely experience! The staff was all so sweet and accommodating. We asked to have a sunset dinner on the beach and they put together the most beautiful table right on the beach and cooked the best food we had our whole trip! Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

Mega and Rebecca were always there if we.needed anything. The housekeeper popped in everyday to make sure we were ok. restaurants were near by and very good. The location was phenomenal.

На самой вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, полностью укомплектованная кухня, стиральная машина, хороший бассейн и регулярная уборка. Отдельное хочется выделить инструкции и рекомендации которые оставил хост, я всегда ценю эту заботу. Мы отлично провели время и полностью расслабились, спасибо хозяевам за такую возможность.

Дом находится в хорошем, элитном районе. Место тихое, зелёное. В доме свой небольшой бассейн, который регулярно обслуживается. Маленькая, уютная гостиная и две комнаты, одна полноценная спальня, и одна спальня на одного или рабочий кабинет. Хозяин очень хороший человек: отзывчивый, внимательный и ответственный. Мы были рады познакомиться с ним лично. Кстати, расположение дома очень близко к пляжам Нуса Дуа, а это одни из лучших пляжей на Бали, где не бывает больших волн. Благодарим за интересный опыт.

Big confy bed with plenty of comfy pillows. Air con was cold which is great for bali. Villa is located in the southern end of Sanur so very quiet peaceful area. First time staying in bali that I wasn't woken by a choir or roosters at 530am. Bathrooms are large and water pressure is the best I've experienced staying in bali. Will stay again.

The places was nice! Great for a small sized get away, nice and local to things! Wouldn’t recommend ordering from ‘The Bungalow’ restaurant that they offer though.

This villa is beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the gate. Great location, on the edge of Legian and Seminyak in a lane way off Jalan Legian, it’s a dead end so no passing traffic meaning it’s so peaceful. Villa is fully serviced so house manger, cleaning staff, gardener and pool man. This means the villa was spotless and we felt so well cared for. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience, thanks so much, we will be back

We had a lovely stay at this place. We stayed for four nights and had a relaxing time. Well kept pool and lovely plants. The bathroom was clean and the beds are comfy. So many good restaurants around the area and walkable distance to FINNS beach club. Will definitely come back! Thank you so much!

Great stay, hosts where really responsive at all hours and extremely helpful. We where accommodated really well. Cleaning was done everyday. Location was ok!

We really loved staying here, the villa had everything we needed and was really tastefully decorated. There were only two adults and two children so we had lots of space. The cleaners were really lovely and Hanny who helped us check in was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Chris was very easy and quick to communicate with also. The villa is in a great location close to lots of good restaurants and the beach. There were lots of other villas close to us but it still seemed very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We just got home from an 8 night stay at the Pearl of Bali villa. We were extremely satisfied with this villa! Everything looked just like the pictures if not better. Very clean and the perfect location. It’s just minutes from Eat Street but just far enough that we weren’t able to hear the noise from the city. It was quiet and peaceful. Anna and her staff were very friendly including the cleaning lady and the pool guy! She lined us up with a private driver for the duration of our stay. His name was Sandu and he was amazing. Very prompt and brought us anywhere we asked to go and also stopped to show us things we didn’t know about. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Unfortunately I had some problems with my travel plans however bnbmates were very accommodating helpful looking forward to my next booking with them

Returning to the villa was a decision I don’t regret at all! The villa is such a lovely and decent space with everything i need in walking distance; boasting a friendly and efficient cleaning team that kept everything spotless. The new cushions and mattress toppers made our stay even more enjoyable as well as the new added sunbeds and beanbags for the pool, enhancing the overall experience. im already looking forward to my next visit!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa auf Bali! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral genug, um alles gut erreichen zu können. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich herzliche und freundliche Personal. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und bestens umsorgt gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The initial contact with Karl was professional and smooth. The villa has a manager named Made who was outstanding. Made really provided a 5-star service with everything from booking trips, helping out with visa extension application process and providing information. My experience is that extra ordinary service is when you someone thinks about the small things you forget, without having to ask or check up. Taking a holistic view. Made had a proactive approach, thought about and planned everything before we had to asked him. That is for us what 5-star service is all about. The Villa is big, specious and accurate to what the pictures. If I should bring up anything on the more negative side it would be that we traveled with small children and would have liked to make use of the patio by the pool. However due to the mosquitos this was not possible. Could be that the mosquitos was a result of the rainy season (March) when we stayed at the Villa and that this is not a problem during the rest of the year.

Nice villa with three rooms. Open kitchen, living room concept so take that into consideration. Overall great stay.

Wir waren zu zweit als Paar mit Baby in der Villa für 9 Nächte. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön, hat ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, was hauptsächlich an Kadek, der Perle des Hauses lag. Wir haben zusätzlich Frühstück gebucht, was wir jedem empfehlen können der entspannt in den Tag starten will. Kadek hat uns zu unserer Wunschzeit alles vorbereitet was wir uns gewünscht haben. Sie hat danach sehr gründlich das ganze Haus geputzt. Kadek hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und den Aufenthalt somit sehr erhomsam gemacht für uns. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.
