We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, it was the perfect holiday retreat for our family. The house was spotless,spacious,and filled with natural light,offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden was ideal for kids to play,and we enjoyed many cozy evenings together. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic,close to local attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway! Thank you Mike and Luisa!

the bungalow is very nice and the environment too, away from the city but very close on foot, good for relaxation, I even extended the stay. On the other hand there is a lot of waste in the environment and the many dogs although very affectionate can wake you up at night and the wifi was not working.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! The property is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The pool and outdoor area were highlights, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Inside, the villa was equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The Cecilia was an amazing host.And the caretaker Ate Vangie was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely love this place!!! 😎 Very very quiet with beautiful scenery and very nice people I also want to go out of my way to say that the staff was amazing in everything from answering all our questions to helping with getting around town to even booking our trip to and from Boracay. One of the best chicken adobo i have ever had and I have had lots of different chicken adobo Highly recommended!!! Our stay was amazing! The host was so warm and welcoming, like a long-lost auntie. The house is well-maintained, clean, and has everything we needed. We loved the fully functioning kitchen and the fact that the whole house was air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. A bonus was the host’s nearby restaurant, which serves delicious seafood and sugba dishes—perfect for enjoying fresh local flavors. The location is a major plus! It’s close to the beachside for morning walks or sunset views. Getting around was easy with tricycles or Grab, and Mohon, one of Iloilo’s major bus terminals, is nearby, making city exploration convenient. With great hospitality, a cozy home, and easy access to good food and transport, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to stay here again!

perfect beach front staycation for families with kids. we were a family of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 1 infant. Service was topnotch, staff was always attentive to guests, and they always made sure we had everything we needed. we also availed of their private chef service for a family celebration, he sticked to the budget and food was delicious! overall, it was a peaceful escape from city life, a chance to commune with nature, and if ever you get bored, boracay is 30 minutes away! thank you to the Moore family for sharing your little piece of paradise! your twins are really pretty, they did a good job of warmly welcoming us on our first day!

Our month here was great! It is quite remote and non-touristic, lets you enjoy relaxing days in local vibe and gorgeous nature. Pebble beach with clean water and some corals, you will find some marine life, bring coral shoes and snorkeling mask. Kayak lets you appreciate beautiful shoreline and hills. A lot of stars at night. There is one small town nearby with 7/11, wet market and local stores, bigger town in 30 min has much more shops, nothing fancy, though. A lot to discover around, white-sand beaches, waterfalls and lakes. Just a 1.5 hr trip to Boracay. The best part - very friendly and supportive host and his crew. Psalm helped us with everything: transfers from/to airport, food, bike, trip to Boracay etc. Organized trips to waterfalls and local experiences. Aunty and Adrian cooked food and kept villa in a good shape. We felt at ease. Cons: no hot shower, insects, roosters, electric and 4G outages. We are very grateful to Psalm and his crew for this fantastic getaway!
