This home was built by in the early 1960's The house includes a beautifully remodeled kitchen, dining area, living room, den and private beach where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. St. Andrews is a waterfront community that has been enjoyed by tourist and locals alike since the mid 1800's. Walking and bike riding are relished in this beautiful area. There are many quaint shops and restaurants along the main road. All of this can be found within a short walking distance from this home.

The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.
