A fabulous house in a wonderful and convenient location. The views were spectacular and overall the accommodation was exceptional for our large family. The amenities were as described and we lived staying there. The only downside was the master bedroom could have done with an air conditioner or better window covering or an outside shade to make it more comfortable to sleep. It took a long time to cool down at night.

Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

Lovely location right near the boardwalk. Nice views of the bushland and water from the house. the pool was fantastic! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Kelly super responsive and friendly when we needed to reach out to her. The only feedback would be that WiFi would have been great!! Thanks for a great stay

This home was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Heaps of room for 6 adults and a toddler. Would easily accommodate 10 adults. It was total luxury. The location was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to the supermarket.

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with fantastic view and surroundings. House is beautifully decorated. Amazing kitchen with view. Linen, bedding was all top quality. House has 2 beautiful bathrooms (one of them ensuite). Both had bathtubs with fantastic view to outdoors. Good size swimming pool. Laundry with 2 washing machine and dryer. Kayleigh and Angel provided clear instructions to access property and were quick with the response to our questions. We enjoyed staying in the house and would definitely recommend.

Margaret was polite and very responsive. House was very neat and tidy with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and fans in each room were great. The accommodation has everything you require for a stay. Great deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather. Very quiet complex, close to beach, cafes and clubs. Would recommend to everyone.

From the charming garden to the stylish and cozy interior, everything was simply captivating. The host was also incredibly thoughtful, leaving warm welcomes and helpful tips on the notice board, which made us feel very cared for. We just returned from the most incredible 7-night stay in what can only be described as a magical treehouse in Merimbula. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Sam our host, has poured so much thought and heart into creating a space that allows you to truly unwind. Every corner of the home is beautifully curated - from the stylish yet cozy decor to the comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like nice bathroom products and a stocked kitchen.m. It’s that kind of place where all the little details have been considered, so all you have to do is settle in and breathe. Our favourite moments were having our morning coffees out on the deck, watching the sun rise. Evenings were just as special, with a crackling fire, soft tunes and the kind of peace that’s hard to find. Sam is an exceptional host, offering great local recommendations on places to eat, visit too. If you’re looking for a soulful escape surrounded by nature - this is it. We are dreaming of our next stay!

Our family of five had a wonderful week in Mallacoota in this very spacious house. Highly recommend for family stay, and comfortably sleeps more. Rob was very responsive and pro-active in assisting our stay. Very well appointed - anything we went to look for was easily found, including in a power out.

Rick’s place is terrific. Pretty much agree with most things that others have said, so won’t repeat those. It’s very quiet and peaceful. No-one was staying in the flat next to us, which probably helped, but its location means you get hardly any traffic. What stood out for us though was the birdlife. The thoughtful planting around the complex meant the area attracts a number of nectar-feeding birds. For our stay in March, Eastern Spinebills, New Holland Honeyeaters and Little Wattlebirds were the most common. There were also a few lorikeets, fairy wrens and scrub-wrens. Would love to come back!

Thanks so much for hosting us this weekend. The cottage was cosy and perfect home base for trips to the sapphire coast.

A perfect getaway for 2 couples. The place was exactly as described and spotless. A well equipped kitchen for cooking and baking. We also enjoyed meals and the experience at the local winery and Drom Hotel.

We spent a lovely weekend at Liza’s beach house. Recently renovated, it still retains its original beach bungalow charm, which we loved. The deck was a great place to relax and read, and enjoy a coffee while quietly watching the bird life. We accessed the beach via a short walk along the creek. Liza was very responsive to our queries.

I highly recommend this property. It is very well situated only a short walk to the shops and beach. It is very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our 3 night stay.

We had such an amazing stay at Deirdre’s place. The house was perfect for our 2 families with lots of toys for the little ones. We loved sitting out on the deck and having a BBQ. She went above and beyond with the service and what was provided. We love Tathra, we will definitely be back!

Our family had a delightful stay at Luanne’s place. The house was very comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed plus more.

A very special house, ideal for relaxing, reading on the back balcony and generally winding down on holiday. Walking distance to centre of Merimbula and beautiful beaches. So much do to for families here. Would highly recommend. Cheree gave us great recommendations and the house is definitely loved.

This is a beautiful property ! Amazing location, great views, extremely clean with every detail though of including amenities like fishing rods, boogie boards, board games etc. (these are just some of the ones we used) The house was very comfortable for our group of 3 families with kids. Excellent social spaces for the adults especially the deck outside was tranquil. Well stocked kitchen, especially when you've forgotten to carry the smaller bits and bobs. This property exceeded our expectations and would be keen to return soon. Highly recommended.
