Additionally, the peaceful ambiance allowed for restful nights, ensuring I woke up refreshed and ready for the day's adventures. Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

Jack is the epitome of a SUPER HOST!!! Accepted a last minute reservation and the house was immaculately clean, well stocked and presented as advertised. This will now be my famimy's go to property when visiting Puerto Rico. Jack made sure to meet our family and make so many fabulous recommendations.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Absolutely stunning. Worth every penny. One of the rare cases where the pictures don’t do it justice. The host is even incredibly hospitable and responsive. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

Wir genossen 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in der hellen Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Die Betten waren bequem, das saubere Badezimmer etwas klein und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Internet war sehr schnell. Ab und zu gab es Stromausfälle, was aber in Puerto Rico üblich ist. Daniela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Empfehlenswert!

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. We had a great stay! I had the pleasure of meeting Julia and she was very kind. Her place was very clean and the a/c was ice cold! I recommend trying out panaderia monte brisas, it is a local bakery and very delicious! Not a problem for me, but the roosters crow in the morning in case you like to sleep in.

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

We absolutely loved this space!! Easy to find and we felt safe and secure. When you first pull up, you can tell they are remodeling and painting the exterior of the buildings. When you walk into the space, it is nice and clean, organized and spacious. There is an AC unit in every room as well as in the main living area. Kesil thought of everything a guest would need away from home, including a first aid kit. The ferry terminal to visit the other islands is only 10 minutes away, which was great being that while visiting Vieques the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power. The drive from the ferry dock to the apartment was a smooth pleasant drive. During this time Kesil kept us informed of the outage. In the apartment, she provided solar power lanterns, which was great to have while in the apartment. We slept with bedroom windows open and power was back the next day. Thanks for such a great experience. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will definitely book with Kesil.

A comfortable and clean place to stay! Totally bug-free, laundry access was helpful, and Luchie provides beach chairs, umbrella, and towels, which is a great touch! The area is secluded and a 10 minute drive from anything you’d want to visit in Fajardo, but quiet at night with beautiful sounds of nature. Felt very safe and comfortable, especially for the price! If you’re staying at Luchie’s, try Panedaria Monte Brisas for breakfast & coffee!

We loved staying at this apartment. the views from the 27th floor directly out to the ocean are amazing. we enjoyed several sunrises on the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and the couch and table were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and even had some oil and spices. There was even beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and two microfiber quick dry beach towels. The storm shutter rattled some in the wind because it's stuck partially open but that is what it is. We felt super safe and had a great time.

Peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing The best part of this stay was the private terrace — quiet and open, with a beautiful view of the night sky. The apartment is on the third floor (walk-up, no elevator), but that wasn’t a problem for me. Everything was clean and fresh, with a well-stocked kitchen (minus a dishwasher) and thoughtful basics like herbs and condiments — thank you to the host for that! Beds were comfy, and the giant screen in the master/living room was a nice bonus. The place felt open and well-ventilated throughout. Great stay overall — calm, quiet, and exactly what I needed.

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. El lugar superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: el espacio era cómodo, bien decorado y muy funcional. Buena limpieza , algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación también fue perfecta, con todo lo necesario cerca y en una zona tranquila. Además, el trato fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Amy's ocean-view condominium apartment on the 21st Floor. The apartment is in one of two condos, which are gated by security staff. Her apartment is clean and comfortable, and her kitchen is well-stocked. Amy is super responsive and helpful and her instructions are clear and precise. As a local, she can provide recommendations to beaches and other places of interest.

Joe and Jessica have a lovely apartment , we love your apartment is beautiful , and also I love that it has elevator, we keep in mind for the future going again, if you ever think of selling it let me know , thank you so much The only thing that is not a major thing here in Puerto Rico in that area Fajardo when there is no wind there is mosquitoes but since I live here in Puerto Rico we knew that, just for a suggestion you should put some screen in your windows to be able to open the windows of the apartment I did not open the windows so the mosquitoes wouldn’t log in but this is my personal opinion overall whenever I go to Fajardo to stay I would like to stay there again

This unit is as advertised, clean and organized and close to many regional attractions. The dishwasher was a big plus, and many units did not have that in the past. Everything was in good working order.

Beautiful and luxurious! It has everything you need. Highly recommended. We had a great time.
